So we were referred to "Joe" from another client of ours who've used DellaValle for over 10 years I think more. We wanted someone honest bc the person that originally came out to analyze the issue was trying to sell us vs. isolate the issue. Joe understood this was a business and timing was important. His technician "Brian" who came right out could not be more honest and took the time to explain so many details about the inner workings of our issues.

After they ordered the parts needed to fix our unit, both Joe and Brian came out to see to it done right. We were very happy with their professionalism and honesty. Their price wasn't cheap but not over priced. Excellent service and reliability is not. So if you want the best, DelleValle is it and we are happy to recommend them.

Horrible experience. When heater didn't work after being cleaned I was told it was accident that caused it not to work. I didn't care what it was I wanted heat. Thank god I had a friend look at it and was able to get it running. I spoke to Joe and he said that it was not his fault. It's a shame he did such a good job installing it. I will Never Use Him Again.

This company is exceptional. I have used them on 2 separate occasions and have been extremely satisfied with my experience both times. Most recently, my air conditioner went out on an extremely hot day and they were able to come out and fix the problem the same day. You can just tell they are highly experienced and know how to treat customers. Highly recomend!

This is a great heating and air business. I'd recommend them to anyone, we have been customers of theirs for a long-time now. The company is very dependable, which is important when you need heat or cool air relief in your house! Plus, everyone my family has delt with in this company are genually nice people who seem to go out of their way to help.

Bad experience with Joe DellaValle. Was using him for 7 years paying for s service contract until this past Sunday night the line for AC unit leaked all over the floor of my laundry room. Called him and he said I could place towels down until next day. I insisted that Brian come out. He fixed it. But now 3 days later Joe sends me a check for remainder of my yearly service contract.

I have been doing business with them for 8 years. Please don't waste your time or money on this company. He is bad at customer service. He is mad because I insisted on having it fixed that night. So now he doesn't want to service me. He's not a person to deal with. Find someone else to do your Heating and AC. His staff is nice but he is NOT.
