Everyone at Seaside does a good job. They all care and I especially like that they work well as a team. We first used Seaside via our Home Warranty contract. It was a blessing. Mike was our first contact. He knows HVAC. He gave us good advice. He and his crew installed a new AC and Furnace, thermostat, air purifier. He advise us to get an Ecobee thermostat and we've been very pleased with it!

Everything they installed was of first rate quality. 1 /12 years later when we needed to re-insulate and replace all our ducting, Bill was our contact. He was stellar in service, knowledge, timeliness of the work done, quality. Most importantly we know that the work that got done by Bill and his great crew is rock solid. On top of that, Bill was VERY understanding of my husbands challenges in having a crew of people come into our house.

He was very compassionate with my husband's special needs. Seaside is a blessing to us. We will only use them for any HVAC related services. These words pale in comparison to the comfort and satisfaction you will feel once they've improved your HVAC system.

Our 25 year old heater down stairs stopped working on the coldest winter day 1.5.2022. Technician Scott diagnosed it quickly. It turned out to be a simple fix. Feel like Scott would give you an honest assessment in fixing your HVAC problem. We had minimal cost when we thought we may have to replace the entire heater. We will be getting ahead of this and eventually replace both heaters and A/C units for our house in San Juan Capistrano later this Year. Seaside AV will be at the top of that list. They installed our new HVAC system in 2013. It has worked like a dream ever since. They were fast, professional, and efficient. I recently needed the air conditioner condensate line flushed and cleaned out. Kim in the office is fabulous. She got me on the schedule right away. Scott came out exactly on time and was professional, friendly, and efficient as he fixed the problem.

He answered all of my questions and helped me understand how it all worked and what I can do to help my system work best. I plan to explore the Aprilaire filtration system to help my husband's allergies. I highly recommend Seaside AC and Heating!

If you don't need something to be replaced that might be old but still works, I appreciate their honesty. Trustworthiness is important when its a technical and costly problem. Highly recommend them. We've been customers for a few years now, and depend on Seaside to maintain and service our home year-round. Scott is our regular technician, and that's because he's extremely thorough, prompt, courteous, and most importantly - knowledgeable. Our most recent problem took time to solve, but Scott didn't give up and leave even though it was the end of a long day. He was persistent and finally located the issue. Seaside is a first-class business. They did a great job replacing our air conditioner this past August during the hottest August on record. They were honest and professional. They kept their appointments and followed up perfectly! I would not hesitate to recommend them!

Have to say I never write reviews. I just assume that people are going to do the right thing and. be honest. I got their name from my son who is in the construction buisness, folks, these people are honest and fair - and more than that - they went out of their way to show me (not TELL ME) what was wrong with my AC and how it could be fixed! The fan on the AC unit was not working and the switch needed to be replaced - done at a very reasonable price plus I had the tune- up on the AC done as well.

Both the AC and the heater are both, over - 30 years old! They don't even make the coolant for them anymore so I will just use them both until they go out, but I will buy the new system from Scott at Seaside when that happens! The best salesmen are the ones that show you what is needed, apprise you of the situation and then offer a solution for the immediate problem - and are there for you when you need them later! We had thee most awesome, knowledgeable and helpful tech named Scott come out today. Diagnosed immediately that our run capacitor had died. Was even honest enough to tell us that we had a warranty on it, so we didn't have to pay full price. He took his time to answer all of our questions and taught us SO much about the entire unit, maintenance etc.

This company is top notch with the highest level of work ethics and integrity. A lot of other companies could learn an awful lot from them! Jennifer got us an appointment in only 1.2 days! Run.don't walk to Seaside AC!

My consultation was costly and the diagnosis of my unit was unclear; I was given two quotes for separate repair work. I felt I was being ripped off.

Central air installed with Steve and his group. Great through the whole process. From educating me in the beginning through the installation process I couldn't have been better. Highly recommend.

Wow what great customer service. Especially when I dropped the ball on my appointment and Kim was so nice about it. I wouldn't work with anyone else!

They are okay. We ordered a tuneup for $95. The technician inspected everything and told us that the old AC can't gain more efficiency because, it's old. Maybe it's true. Towards the end of the tuneup, the technician broke a pull-out disconnect switch. He said it's already broken which again, may be true. The AC is dysfunctional at that point so he replaced the switch.

The switch's retail price is $15. The technician showed me that the repair price is $250 as per company policy. We paid $195 for the total tuneup and the replacement of pull-out disconnect switch.

I would like to take the time out to tell you how quickly and professionally Scott from seaside heating and air conditioning has performed a fix on our heating unit. Extremely knowledgeable and friendly. A true credit to an existing wonderful company with great people there. Also patient and compassionate towards people. My mom 82 yrs old was jumping for joy when the heat finally came back on.

We live nowadays in a highly complex world with technology that far exceeds the days when a swift kick on the side would solve the normal problems. It really highly advanced brain surgery with all the circuit boards and variables that you have to take into account. Seaside gets great remarks for rectifying an unsatisfactory experience. I will give them that, good customer service. Overall, a decent experience. Not spectacular. I am still disappointed at the AC "tune up" special I bought at a local hardware store table. Instead of a tune-up, I was handed a piece of paper suggesting I spend $1100 with Seaside and my unit wasn't cleaned or the filter wasn't changed. Anyway, they were nice and rectified the situation and sent the manager out.but still.

I contacted Seaside Air and the owner was the guy that helped me. I had other work being competed on the house and had to push the appointment back 3 times. That was never a problem.eventually I had them come out. He was on time and very professional. he checked everything out, gave me a reasonable price, and then called back with a discount because he had men working in my area. Great company! Thanks for all your help.

I called Seaside for a "Special" service, using a De Nault coupon. Quick response and the appointment was made for today. On time technician Jose came. Very polite man, checked things over and explained everything. Found everything in pretty good working order, explained the importance of maintaining. Did not try to upsell. These guys are very professional. I called for a tune up on my 31 year old air conditioner, which had rotted away at the bottom causing all the refrigerant to escape. Needless to say, I needed a new 3 ton AC. Alex got me into a new ACPro and I finally have a cool house for those hot Orange County summer days. They showed up exactly on time and my two installers worked straight through for 6 hours doing the install without taking a break. Alex had another job, but came by several times to check on my job and did a thorough post inspection.

Although he told me he is only 22, this "kid" did a better job than most guys twice his age. I highly recommend Seaside A/C and Heating for your HVAC needs. The price was great too!

We called Seaside to have a new Heating/Air Conditioning Thermostat installed. We feel fortunate to be assisted by extremely professional service technician - Jose Castro. What seemed like a pretty straightforward installation became a little complex. Jose took the time to help us understand the settings & procedures on our new thermostat. What seemed simple - wasn't.

Called Seaside yesterday and spoke to a lovely and professional woman who sent a technician out this morning. So they get an A+ for a response time of less than 24 hours! Scott arrived in a timely manner and couldn't have been more helpful and professional. He explained everything clearly and made no attempt to sell me anything or do anything unnecessary.

In fact he suggested that since my unit is brand new, I should check with the original installation company before I proceed. He even offered to speak to that company on my behalf in order to help diagnose the problem. I would recommend Seaside to anyone who wants to feel like they are in good, honest hands.

With the temperature inside my house nearing 90 degrees, I desperately needed a technician within the same day. After calling several other HVAC companies and none of them being able to send a technician to my house in less than 48 hours, I called Seaside AC and Heating. Jose was at my house in just over an hour, took five minutes to diagnose the issue, and completed the repair in 15 minutes. The AC was back online and running strong thanks to Jose. A very satisfactory experience!

Had a new unit installed. Damaged my house during installation. Hired a 3rd party to fix the damage. 3rd Party took over a month to schedule an estimate. Refused to give me an appointment. Said "We'll call you when we're on our way" - so they can come anytime over the next two weeks, and I was just supposed to be sitting around waiting for them to show up.

They never did call to come back. Salesman did not return phone calls. Administrative staff sent insulting messages and had no communication with sales team. Very unprofessional. There are a lot of good HVAC installers in OC - use one of them and avoid Seaside.

The best professional HVAC company we have ever used. Highly skilled trained staff from their sales advisors to the service technicians who are able to answer your questions, respond in a timely manner and will take the time and patience to be sure you understand everything you want to know. Reasonably priced services and heads above the rest when it comes to offering all different types of options and brands of furnaces and air conditioners that we felt we were given more choices to secure a system tailored to our specific needs and not sold equipment we did not necessarily need.

We were given their name and number from a neighbor who raved about the company and we can attest to the fact they delivered more than we expected and we felt we also wanted to pass the information along knowing how tough it is to find honest, ethical, highly educated service providers that sincerely want to make their customers happy

Had an issue with where the A/C unit would be placed and it is being fixed with no hassle! Couldn't recommend them more!

For service, courtesy and professionalism these guys can't be beat. They do the work you hired them for without trying to pad the bill by finding other problems which must be completed to do the job. If they discover any problems they will discuss them with you. If you have any questions they will answer them. Other businesses could take a lesson from this company on customer service.

Our air went out a couple weeks ago in the worst time (summer 100+ degrees) and had the pleasure of having Darren come out to inspect the problem. Sure enough we knew the system had to be replaced, as it was a 30 year old system. Seaside gave us a great deal and did the work in a timely manner.
