I called around to try and get quotes to do an installation. We wanted to learn our options for heating and cooling our home. It was odd because a lot of places didn't seem like they wanted our business. However, Pace was super friendly and helpful. We felt their prices were reasonable and they offered some fantastic financing too! Craig feels like he might be a part of our family now.

The technician that installed our ductless system made some last minute changes so that everything would look nice from the outside of our house. He did the work to the level of quality that he would do to his own home, and I'm so happy he did. He was such a nice and thoughtful professional. And my house is going to be nice and chilly this summer. Thank you Pace!

Had my unit looked at Repair man didn't wear a mask, joked and told me to use my fireplace for heat. I can't we have no propane hooked up to it, we barely bought our home. Gave me an estimate on repair of around 300.00 for part and labor. That's about right since it's a 150.00-170.00 part. Waited for them to call back and let me know how long I will be without heat for part to get ordered. Had to call and leave message.

They finally called and said it's an expensive part and said it would cost almost 800.00 $ that's not what they told me at first. The whole unit new is 900.00 they lied and tripled to price. The old switch & bait. Sorry not getting taken advantage of. I know the price and the quote I was originally given. Wasted 115.00 just to get lied to. Do not trust this company. Paid for another company to look at my unit who said motor is fine nothing wrong with my unit.

After a rough storm last night our thermostat and furnace did not come back on after power was restored to the house. I called Pace expecting to hear I would have to wait days for a tech to come look at things, and I really cringed thinking about how bad the repair may be. Much to my surprise I had a tech (Geoff) at my door 2 hours later, and after replacing a relatively inexpensive part, things were back up and operational, which was great since I have two small kids at home doing online school. Geoff was very professional and friendly, and seemed to know just how to troubleshoot the issue. Big THANKS to Geoff and Pace for the speedy help!

We appreciate the courteous and capable technicians from PACE who perform preventive maintenance on our ductless mini-split units. Carson was our tech today, and he was thorough and upbeat (despite having just come from a previous job that took twice as long as expected). So far we have not needed any repairs, but, if and when the time comes, PACE is the company we will call.

In 2019 we purchased a furnace and AC upgrade for a failing system that our older home had for decades. Pace provided numerous options to meet our heating and financial needs. Installation was lead by Adam and he conducted himself in an amazing professional manner and answered all our questions. His quality of work inside and outside the home was top notch.

It was definitely another positive experience enlisting the services of Pace Heating and Air. This wasn't a big job, but, an important one-a new gas line for a gas appliance. The office staff was able to fit us in during a busy week, the installers were professional, courteous, competent and very helpful with additional questions we had. We highly recommend Pace.

We had a great experience with Pace. We needed a furnace replaced in February. They came out quickly and were able to install quickly. We also had some tricky work we needed done to maximize space around the furnace. They rerouted the ducting, explaining everything they were doing along the way. Prices were competitive and we are very satisfied! Both of the workmen were very professional and friendly.
