Sam Pickren Air Conditioning

I ask my subdivision group network site for a recommendation for AC repair service. Sam Pickens company was mostly mentioned. I call and they told me it would be about 3 days before they could come out, but can put it on a waiting list, and Said they if any cancellations I may get service earlier. I was called next morning and was told they had cancellations and had a repairman in the subdivision and ask could he stop by.

He came within 2 hours and repaired my unit and got it running again. Repairman(Allen) was very knowledgeable and professional and polite. I will call them again in the invent I need help again.thank you so much. Mr Whipple.

I cannot recommend Sam Pickren enough! They have been such a great company to work with. My experience started with talking to Calli in the office, and Justin coming out to give us a quote. I received quotes from 5-6 different companies and although Sam Pickren was not the least expensive, I chose them for our new install. Their prompt response, level of customer service, and product they offered were the main reasons I chose them.

After agreeing to move forward with Sam Pickren, they will do everything they can to keep your home cool until they can get your install done, to include bringing out window units if need be. Prior to my install, Jeremy had to come out once to charge my system and a week later, Allen had to come out after hours to replace some parts and charge it again.

Both of these technicians were extremely knowledgeable and friendly. I had my install done today. Garett, Anthony, and Jeremy came out to do it. They were extremely professional and thorough in their work and I love my new system. I will always call Sam Pickren for my HVAC needs, and you should too. This locally owned, 3 generation family owned business won't let you down.

We hired them three years ago to replace all the duct work under our house. A week afterward we had to replace our AC unit because they had placed it on its side during the job. We didn't complain because we were going to replace the unit within a few years anyway. This year we decided do have projects done to the house. We were told by a local construction company, two pest control companies, a plumbing company and two AC/heating companies that the duct work was done incorrectly resulting in costly damage under our house and our expensive electric bills and all our ductwork had to be replaced again.

Darrell and Justin, the reps from Sam Pickren Air Conditioning, did an excellent job getting my A/C back in business. In the midst of the sweltering heat that I was experiencing inside of my home, they reached out in a timely manner, were punctual to the appointment, was efficient with time and resources and made the repairs speedily. Sam Pickren Air is like the old fashioned company that provides good service, shows up when they say and stands behind their work. Each one of the guys, and girl, that work there are polite, considerate, timely, respectful and seem to truly care about their work. They have done routine maintenance and emergency repairs on my rentals and I have never had to call them back.

They've installed new duct-work underneath a home with no grumbling, just smiles and professionalism. I took a long time to build a new home and they installed piping in the walls and purchased and stored my mini-splits without any down payment. I was told payment wasn't expected until the job was complete. That's trusting! Justin has looked at jobs in the middle of thunderstorms to give me an estimate, gone out of his way to check on vandalized units and is always there to get his crew familiar with the job. Everyone who works at Pickren seems to create a well functioning team. I would recommend Sam Pickren Air and Heating to any one. They are the best.

I gave them 2 stars, I have used them several times for service and this will be the last. They have always been right there when I need them, the next day at least, and can't ask for more then that. Unfortunately the last time they placed a gold part in my ac apparently. Charged me over 100 dollars for a part that runs between 12 and 19 dollars online and at a store in Yulee.

Next time I will just call into work and do it myself. I don't mind the service call fee but don't kill people on parts on top of the service call, that's just a crazy markup for people that don't know better.

After an entire year of wrestling with Home Warranty service techs, and our AC units still did not work, we settled on Sam Pickren for a new install and repairs for another of our systems. We have had a wonderful experience with each and every person working on our home. I give SPAC an unqualified 5-stars! Great value, quality workmanship. and fine people.
