I'm a long time customer of RSP. I use their maintenance program and have always been so pleased with the process from scheduling to completion! Everyone is so kind and accommodating. The techs are helpful and patient and take their time to explain what they have found. When it began to be obvious I needed a new system, it was a no brainer for me! RSP was my first and only choice, and they proved my decision to be correct once again: appointments were made promptly, inspection and measurements were efficient, estimate came in lower than I expected, and was given with great care, and the process of installation was done quickly and with great skill. RSP has my business for always!

TEN STAR ! Kyle and Brandon were very informative and knowledgeable. They worked all day and never took a break to make sure I would have a working unit when I got home from work. They made sure everything was cleaned and picked up. I was very appreciative of them providing excellent customer service. Lisa is the sales manager and spent 3 hours at my house to give me a free estimate.

She made sure to check everything throughly in order to give me the best option to fit my needs. She took very good care of me and made sure to give me all the info I needed to make a decision on my new HVAC system. Everyone made me feel very comfortable and confident that I would be well taken care of. These guys know what they are doing and take pride in their work and service. I will forever keep my business here.

My family and I could not be pleased with the service and system that we received by using RSP Heating and Cooling. Tierney Cole helped set us up with Cory Fuqua who came out and gave an overview of our options and what we needed to do in order to get a new system installed into our home. It was a very quick turn around. Brett and Zane did an amazing job of installing our system in a timely fashion. They rocked it! Thank you RSP for making our experience a good one!

Very happy with services rendered and will refer RSP to others. I did not write down the crews name that came out on Friday May 20th but they were efficient and communicated with me through out as did the crew today Jon and Dillon. Kyle performed the evaluation and did an excellent job walking us through what to expect as well.

Had a great overall experience with RSP team. Each individual I came into contact with was extremely friendly and helpful. Of the individuals a came into contact with Jon, Dave, and Josh made the process of addng insulation and ventilation to my house very enjoyable and put my mind at ease with the thorough work/investigative work to find the source of the issue and correcting it in a very timely matter. If you're looking for a heating and cooling company, you won't regret choosing RSP.

First of all I would like to say that there are several reputable heating and Air guys in this area. For me the right choice was RSP. From my initial contact to the salesperson to the installation and the follow-up I was pleased. I am also confident that the Train brand will hold up for my needs. Also the price was competitive and all persons I was in contact with was very professional. I do recommend RSP.

My furnace went out at the first sign of winter, and RSP was quick, helpful, and professional. Kenny is fantastic and explained everything thoroughly and efficiently, and Zane and Kyle installed my new furnace quickly and without disturbing me at all while I was working from home. I couldn't have a higher opinion of the company, or any of the staff I had the pleasure of speaking with. A million thanks to them!

If you are thinking about solar or are in need of any heating or cooling services, I highly recommend using RSP! The process was super easy on my part! Cory Fuqua came out for my initial quote. He was very upfront and I didn't feel like he was trying to sell me something. After that he pretty much handled EVERYTHING from there! I felt so comfortable with RSP I asked Cory about installing an additional thermostat for our outside wood burner.

Within a couple of days Cory came out with Nathan to see what I needed done. They were on time and both again very professional. The next week Alex came out and got my thermostat installed. I was very pleased with the installation and he left no mess behind. The whole crew were very professional and friendly. The ladies I spoke with in the office where always on the ball about scheduling and even letting me know when the guys where on there way out. Wednesday Josh, Doug, and Jeremy started the solar installation process and they were done by Friday as promised. They did an awesome job and answered all my questions. The next Tuesday Cory had Egyptian Electric at our house to officially get us up and running.

Very courteous and professional. We had spray in insulation, they worked hard, made sure everything was covered and then cleaned everything up. Should have spent the money years ago, WHAT A DIFFERENCE

The gentleman that did the installation and service were very prompt, knowledgeable and courteous. They explained what they were doing and presented it in a manner that we could understand. Alex was super friendly and professional. He worked quickly and was able to save me some money on my bill because it didn't take as long as quoted. He also offered advice about the humidity in our home, which I didn't realize was an issue, but I was happy he brought it to my attention. Alex was great, but honestly EVERY tech I have dealt with has been pleasant, knowledgeable and quick. The front office ladies are great about scheduling too! We are very pleased with RSP.

RSP is a top notch business! Jon and Dave were respectful, professional, and nice. Explained everything throughly. Went above and beyond to do extras that needed to be done without price going.over the quote. Company from sales rep all the way to office people on phone to service techs are great! RSP is great. Their service and team are awesome. They are always responsive and easy to communicate with. They were in and out quickly and left no mess behind. Alex T. has done my seasonal maintenance and a furnace repair and is always on time, very professional and friendly.

From Start to finish Kenny, Kenny B., Cole, Keith, Dylan, Jon, and Robbie were all professional and had the knowledge as well as the skill set to get the job done. BUYER BEWARE! I have had this company come out a handful of times since I spent almost $10000 on a brand new system. Wiring issues, terrible smells which did not resolve, and NOW on one of the coldest days in 2019 my "new unit" that's only 9 months old is blowing cold air again. Can't get anyone on the phone. So much for 24/7 care of your "Cozy Club" members. Steer clear people! You're going to spend a fortune and get nothing in return!

Great team over there. Since they offer insulation and HVAC they will always consider your house as a system and make sure that everything is balanced instead of just selling you equipment that may or may not solve your issues. I trust them so much I even called Rowdy Moore to give me a second opinion for a new home I was building out of town. Great people- just call them!

Great company across the board. The recently helped us put a brand new system into one of our rental properties. We were beyond suprised when our tenant went out of their way to tell us not only what a great job they did but how wonderful the tech was to work with. They helped us to take care of the paperwork to qualify for some of the rebates and incentives through Ameren which were amazing and made a HUGE difference. We would highly recommend RSP Heating & Cooling as your first call! Big thanks to Tabby, Brandon, Ryan and the rest of the team for all their hard work!

I've had a lot of work done on my house recently & hands down the most courteous & professional service. Phil did a great job of diagnosing & correcting the problem. Super fast & efficient. I'll definitely call them again! Thanks again for the great service!

I had a new system put in a few weeks ago. Not only is the system working GREAT the guys built a new fitting for the duct work that allows the system to perform better and improve the comfort throughout the entire house. GREAT JOB to install team and the engineering of the system. I am now looking at using their Home Energy Services (HES) and improve my insulation in attic area for my old home.

Advertises 24/7 service but when we said we could wait till Monday, rather than pay a time and half charge for the weekend, we were told we would have to wait till Wed. I am taking their yard sign advertisement ( left when we paid for reg service cleaning) out of my yard.

Good local company, they care about the community and do a lot of creative things to show support for the area, but I have only ONE complaint. Their drivers. I was behind one of their vans not long ago, and he was going at least 20 mph over the speed limit on Rt. 13. He didn't like that I was going to pass him so he gunned it on purpose, for whatever reason (guys are competitive in every aspect I guess and moms in minivans intimidate them) and he cut in front of me.

Hey I get that you are busy but to do that on purpose and drive recklessly like he did in one of YOUR vans doesn't do your business much good with word of mouth advertising. It's free advertising but you don't want this type of reputation. Tell your guys to act professional behind the wheel. Or you may be less one customer.

As a small business owner, I've used RSP Heating & Cooling to do maintenance work on the systems at my lodging facilities for several years now. They are honest and dependable. I can usually get a service call the same day or the next morning and their on-site service coordinators are really good at communicating via cell phone. They are honest, dependable and always get the job done.

They aren't bottom basement cheap, but reasonable compared to others. Subsequent work with them has left me feeling confident in their assessments and abilities. RSP is a solid and reliable HVAC company.
