I tried to get a quote on a replacement of my heat pump unit and the salesman (David Jensen?) refused to give me a quote. He was very blunt and gave me the impression that he could not be bothered to take the time to give me information. Since I live less than 2 miles from their business I was sincerely hoping to be able to have them take care of my HVAC needs.
I am still a little stunned by the coldness and disinterest that this man showed to me. I absolutely will not do any business with them and I will try my best to discourage anyone I know from using their services.
