Just a quick word about warranties - they can be confusing. Warranties vary with each manufacturer, but the industry standard is a one year parts and labor warranty which works this way: the factory supplies the contractor with the replacement parts free of charge (although they will not pay for shipping if needed) and the contractor installs them at his own expense.
With over 20 years of experience in an industrial setting - we can help you solve problems. Process piping, metal fabrication, welding, process refrigeration, HVAC and industrial air quality are all areas we have experience in. We use quality labor from the UA Plumbers & Pipefitters Local 506 and the Sheet Metal Workers Local 7 and can get your job done on schedule and on budget.

Critical: Professionalism, Punctuality, Responsiveness, Value Very bad service, called as our AC was not turning on and they sent someone out and he took hours and couldn't find the problem witch turned out to be a broken wire in a wall access in our garage, He had to come back multiple times as he couldn't figure it out each time and we end up paying for hours of labor for his ignorance. Service: A/C system repair

I called Richers on Tuesday to get our ac looked at as it wasn't blowing cold. They told me that they had a long list but they added me but probably be next week. Well here it is, Friday and my ac is back to how it should. Rick called me 15 mins before he arrived which gave me enuff time to leave work to let him in. He was extremely professional the entire time he was here, which was only a hour!
He explained everything he was doing or had did while there. I highly highly recommend Richers and especially Rick! Thanks for getting my house cooled down before the summer really starts! 5 for sure!
