I have been having an annual PM on equipment since we moved in and when we had a slight issue last year with ac, we were warned it would need replacing in a year or two. When the quotes came in they were on top and the crew working here was professional and courteous. Thanks guys, the air works great! The tech (Cameron) that came to our home was AWESOME! He was here exactly when we were told. He was very helpful, friendly, and answers the questions I had. He also took the time to double check that it was working and showed me a few pointers when I asked. I never felt like he was rushing me or making me feel dumb for asking questions. It nice to know that if you called this company for service you would get someone like him. Oh and he fixed the AC TOO!

I can't say enough good things about the level of service provided by this entire group. Kristin was so patient and accommodating while facilitating between us and our warranty company. And then when the guys came to our house to install, they were personable, professional, and very helpful in answering all of my questions! All around a smooth experience.

Kristin was so helpful and informative, she also never seemed to be irritated at me calling her constantly. Our AC was out while it was 90 degrees and she made sure to help us expedite the installation when the home warranty would not. Norbert (I believe) was the tech who came out for installation. He was so professional and and answered any questions we had with a lot of knowledge.

The techs arrived when they said they would. They were friendly, professional, and very knowledgeable. Techs explained everything necessary, and cleaned their work area when the install was completed. An overall quality job. I was very satisfied, and would definitely recommend. They went above and beyond to ensure our furnace was repaired. We were having issues with our furnace in the dead of winter, and they made sure things were taken care of right away. Our service tech, Cameron, was very polite and efficient in repairing our AC. I had told the dispatcher that our toddler had just fallen asleep for nap and Cameron came in so quietly that our dog didn't even bark. He explained the problem with our AC unit well and fixed it quickly. Service: A/C system repair

Pro Tech was wonderful from the start! Great customer service and the technician (Ed) that came to my house to diagnose my furnace was on time, informative, honest and all around wonderful!
