Great job today. Had an overfilled drip pan in the attic. Doug was very nice and took care of all issues and even asked to install an extra drainage pipe out from a portion of soffit outside. He blasted the clogged drainage line multiple times and ran many tests to ensure he left the unit working in optimal condition. Thanks Doug! Service: A/C preventive maintenance

Jason was very knowledgeable and listens to the customer. On a different note, the Plunkett admin services. I had to initiate a call for service maintenance. I did not get any maintenance service during 2021. Plunkett has always had a human call to schedule maintenance. Really disappointed with their lack of not contacting the customers.

The technician was very friendly and courteous! Doug did a great job. Unfortunately our AC unit is going to have to be replaced but we are thankful for all that he did. He was a bit late to the appointment but I was made aware that his previous appointment ran longer than expected. Services: A/C system maintenance, A/C system repair

On a what we thought was an emergency with the heating system at my parents home, I called the office to see if they could come on a short notice to look at the issue. 2 days before Christmas I did not expect for them to come. To my surprise they squeezed my parents home into their schedule. The HVAC technician was very friendly, professional and explained everything in detail. I will definitely call them again in the future. Thank you again.

I was in a bind the heater went out and i called and she was u sure if they could do it with their full schedule and she got me down for a tech the same day. He came out diagnosed the problem and got everything back working. I highly recommend Plunkett they have done great work not only now but in the past as well Service: Repair heating system

Lisa was very nice and scheduled Ryan to come within a couple of days of my call. Ryan and Kevin came a little later than expected but were good at finding the problem and placing an order for the motor needed to get the heater working again. As for a rating, we will have to wait and see how the repairs are done. I feel quite confident that the job will professionally performed.

I can't say enough about the rapid response, our air was out and the house was in the 80's. They showed up a couple of hours after being called and did phenomenal work. Charged unit with Freon and unclogged a drain in the unit. Air is working, cooling well, and I can't praise this company more. Extremely professional from the call for service to the job being completed. Having AC problems, call Plunkett! They are beyond awesome and affordable! Special thanks to Henry Evans.

One of the most dishonest and unprofessional companies I have worked with. We paid them to install a new unit in our upstairs back in March/ April timeframe. It has YET to work despite them coming out multiple times a week. Their solution was to install window units back in June upstairs since it's where our baby sleeps and it was getting to be. 90 degrees in his room.
I have been as nice and understanding as possible. But now they are avoiding calls, blaming each other and cancelling appointments after we have rearranged schedules to meet them here. Highly unprofessional and dishonest.

Great and timely service even after hours. Another company literally told me "no, we can't work on your AC, because it's still under warranty." I was literally confused, spent a sweaty day trying to figure out the warranty piece and just called Plunkett who was just as confused as I was and said "We fix everything!" And they did. my AC is now running super smooth and keeping me cool.

Horrible, horrible customer service. We called them to come fix our broken AC. They first told us "maybe tomorrow" like they were unsure if they even wanted to come out. The next day, they showed up to my house un-announced without giving me or my wife a courtesy call. My wife was two minutes away from the house when they called to tell her they. were leaving.
My wife asked them to not leave that she would be there in TWO MINUTES. They left any way and she literally passes them on our street. When she called back they said they "have better things to do" and we would have to wait and reschedule a week out. I don't recommend this joke company.
