Hunter and Malik from Pipes and Plugs did a great job at the house that I am renovating to sell. They installed a new sink and piping, a new dishwasher, and a gas stove. Even though there were problems with making everything fit in the new custom cabinets, they used their great skill set and problem solving abilities to make everything fit beautifully. They were very professional and well mannered during the whole installation. Thanks for a great job that was well done!

We reached out to pipes and plugs for a bathroom vent replacement which for any electrician should be a 2-3 hour job averaging $500-700 since it was already roughed out and had the wires. But because Hunter did not know what he was doing, he eyeballed the rough out, bought the vent fan and decided to cut the previous vent out from the attic prior to measuring the rough opening, and after installing the new vent from the attic did not realize the new vent was smaller than the rough opening.

Which was then followed up with "Do you guys need any sheet rock repair in other parts of your house? Because you do now." And instead of connecting the duct work with the collar that came with the box, they either lost it or took it to another job and did not vent it properly which he originally told me he would. After a month of delays and sheet rock repair and another visit to finish what they should have done in one day they were able to complete the job. However, because of the unprofessional work and inexperienced electrician that did the job we asked what a fair price would be for this job because we did not feel that $1000 for this type of service was fair, but instead of trying to agree on a fair price they refused and demanded to collect the full fee.

If you are looking to pay premium prices for below average work and customer experience then these are your guys. Attached are the photos of how Hunter left our house after "completing" the job.

Great job! I had a major sewage line blockage causing all bathrooms to stop draining. With my house on a slab and without a visible cleanout drain outside, it was not an easy fix. Nathan and Zach worked diligently until the problem was resolved. They cleaned up extremely well and left no sign of having to remove and reinstall the toilets. I am extremely pleased with the work performed.

I only have one disappointment and that is, I called the night before as they still advertise 24 hour service and was told that they no longer take after hour callouts. I hope they add that service again.

Hunter and Mark were the field technicians that worked on unblocking my sewer line. They were prompt, courteous, and professional. Price was given on the service at the start. It was a bit pricey but I was just glad to get the issue resolved quickly. They had the necessary equipment to resolve the issue and a impressive camera that could go into the pipes to inspect after the work was complete. They cleaned up and returned everything back to normal before they left. I would probably call them again if I need to have work done professionally.

I had Hunter and Malik install a new pipes for the drain from my kitchen sink. These dudes went above an beyond, couldn't ask for more. Really good communication as well. Also had this company install a new water heater and hook up a gas stove for me last year. This is why I keep calling them when I need stuff done. Def recommend. Phenomenal service, when they first arrived, I was concerned as they appeared young for the complexity of my issue. They were so polite, respectful and awesome communication through the repair process. Very clean and left better than when they arrived. This was a leak under concrete slab and came up with an idea that prevented no busting concrete and a simple reroute. Highly recommend and if I need will use again. . Had them run a gas line and install a gas fireplace insert. In the days following install we smelled gas. Found 3 fittings not tightened properly and leaking. Service manager returned my call, and said they followed procedure for checking for leaks. Regardless they left gas line leaking gas. Could have been really bad. My son-in-law and I found leaks and tightened. Would not recommend this company. If you do you better double check everything they do.

We called and had them come out for a seriously clogged toilet. The men arrived an hour earlier than our appointment (they called first to make sure it was ok). They were very polite, even put shoe coverings on before they came inside my house. Once I showed them the offending toilet, they went right to work inspecting the problem. After about 10 minutes they explained in detail the next step to try to remedy the clog, even outlining what would be done if step 1 didn't work.

They had prices clearly listed for each step (if necessary) luckily the gentleman were able to remove the clog on the first try. From start to finish it only took about 20 minutes. I was highly satisfied and will definitely be recommending this company to anyone needing a plumber. Edited to add a thank you to Hunter and Maverick for the great work today.

Nathan an Zach arrived on time, explained the different options that were available. Fixed my 45 year old tub and shower with the best workmanship possible. Upon completing the jobs, they verified with me that it was completed to my satisfaction and made sure there was anything else. After cleaning area they informed me of other services they do. Also, Hunter did some diagnostic work & gave me great recommendations. I am very satisfied with their service & would use this company again.

Wanted to charge me $1,097 to change my double sink from the waste dump in the wall to the catch basin. I let my sink reach a state of disrepair, admittedly the top plywood was rotten. After Andrew gave me the. estimate I quickly shook his hand and dismissed him. I then went to Lowe's, purchased $70 in materials including tools I did not have and fixed it in less than an hour.

Should have done it myself the first time. One of my jobs in my company is to estimate fabrication work. Im here to tell you that you have a large issue with the estimation process.

I had my main line unclogged not even 2 weeks ago and the plumbing is backing into my home again. Because the tech didn't video his work, they can't or won't warrant their work. I'm done with them. Their are many other plumbers.

Pipes and plugs is usually a bit higher on their price but the do a good job. They send out plumbers that know there jobs and are able to explain the problem. They clean up after they are done and don't usually take long to get to your job.

The response time the day after Christmas was outstanding. Nathan and Stephen came on time, found the problem quickly and made the necessary repairs. They are great about cleaning up after they're done and I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable company to work at your home.

Would I recommend pipes&plugs absolutely Steven and Seth were amazing and worked non stop to make sure that everything was top notch and in working order. I was living out of state trying to purchase a house in New Iberia and wanted to hire a plumber to run a camera through the main sewer line to make sure it wouldn't require expensive repairs or replacement. Several locals recommended Pipes & Plugs so I gave them (and several others) a call to see how much that would cost. Most of the quotes were less than the one Kevin at Pipes & Plugs offered but they charged a per-foot fee for the camera through the line. Kevin offered a higher flat-rate fee and he also included a pre-purchase inspection on the plumbing, which I wasn't expecting at all!

That clinched the deal and I hired Kevin. He not only ran the camera through the line, he also went into the crawl space under the house, took pictures, made notes, and inspected the plumbing inside the house. He sent me a detailed email listing all the problems he found and included a video of the camera he sent through the line. Kevin was articulate, thorough and professional and I appreciate how easy he was to do business with.
