This company originally installed our AC units and we have had issues since we moved it to our brand new unit. Unhelpful and not willing to fix what they installed incorrectly in the first place. An initial diagnostic visit is VERY expensive even if they don't fix anything. Will not contact them again.

Pinnacle Air Solutions replaced the central Air Conditioning system in our rental property. Not only did they provide (2) different options in their estimate, but they were both very affordable. After choosing one and scheduling it, they showed up ON TIME!, finished before they said they would and billed the amount they told us they would. Highly recommend them for Cincinnati area HVAC services - outstanding. Thanks!
