How Does an air conditioner work? An air conditioner cleans, circulates, cools and dehumidifies (removes undesirable moisture from) indoor air. A filter cleans the air by trapping dust and other small particles. An air handler (blower built into the system) circulates it, while the cooling and dehumidifying are accomplished by a process called refrigeration.

Do not recommend. We asked him to come out and diagnose our A/C and he did way more than asked and then charged us. We only wanted to know the issue and never agreed to him doing anything but doing a diagnoses. I also wanted to be present when the work was being done so that I could understand the issues. He never called me to set a time to come out and look.

I don't know if he actually did any work to my unit. My unit is still struggling as it was before he came out to check on it. Then my wife and I asked if we could pay in two seperate months as money was a little tight and he refused and said that it had to be paid in full within 15 days. Was not willing to work with us. We always pay what we owe but we needed just a little help on getting to the next paycheck and he would not work with us. We will never call them again for services.

Lost my furnace and electric due to a lightning strike. Chris was great! He was prompt, knowledgeable and reasonably priced. Highly Recommend!
