The staff is incredibly helpful. My furnace was not working and when they couldn't figure out the cause initially, they didn't even charge me for the service to come check it out. When they were able to find the problem, the team was on it to ensure they had the right part in stock and came out and fixed it right away. Very friendly technicians with excellent guidance.

Perfect air is my go to for all things HVAC. About 6 months after we moved into our house the whole system went dead. There was a warranty that came with the home and perfect air replaced the furnace quickly and hassle free. I have had them out for other repairs and they just installed a whole home humidifier for us. The technician (Matt) was very knowledgeable and friendly. He got the job done in the pre-determined amour of time and made sure I understood everything that he did. We will be using them over and over.

My wife has developed some severe allergies to our cats, as well as other air borne issues, I'm sure. I started researching air filtration systems. I called Perfect Air with lots of questions, about air quality cleaners, heat pumps etc. Angel was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. She did not pressure us into buying any thing. We asked the questions we wanted to know more information on and she was able to answer every one of them.

We just had a whole new system installed. We bought a heat pump, new air conditioner, air filtration system, Halo UV light and humidifier. The installer, Daniel, was as knowledgeable and helpful as Angel was. It's hard to feel good about spending that much money. However, we feel the improved air quality and the reduction in electric bills due to the heat pump and the higher efficiency of the air conditioner will all pay off in the long run.

We can't say enough positives about Perfect Air. If you need more information on improving the air quality in your home, or reducing your utility bills, by installing a heat pump, I'm sure they would give you the same professionalism they we experienced. With this whole crazy Covid-19 thing, I highly suggest the UV light to be installed sooner than later. We are glad we did.

My husband and I would HIGHLY recommend Perfect Air! Our AC went on on a Sunday night, they came out Monday first thing in the morning to check everything out. discovered that our whole unit was bad so they brought out a temporary AC unit same day! And then came first thing Wednesday morning to change everything! They were very nice and got everything done extremely fast! Thank you Perfect Air. A+ business

Awesome and friendly folks. I ran into an emergency and they were able to work with me and provide an inexpensive solution right away. They may not be the closest to home, but they were sure willing to help a guy in need at the drop of a hat.
