Called Peck after reading some of the reviews here on Yelp. The plumber came out and took care of a number of minor issues that we had been putting off. Replaced a leaky spigot, repaired bathroom and kitchen sinks and looked at a heating issue, recommending a company for repair. The work was completed in a timely fashion for a fair price. Can't ask for more than that!

They rerouted and installed plumbing lines for a complete bathroom remodel. They were prompt in making our appointment. Their staff was very professional and skilled in their trade. Our bid was fair and affordable. We will definitely use them again. We would highly recommend Peck's Plumbing!

All I needed was a water line to my fridge. They came out the same week I called. A problem with my new purchase caused them to have to come back. They did the whole job in about 20 to 30 minutes total. Charged me under $200 rather than the $900 the first company I called wanted. Very pleasant people to work with! Highly recommend.

Peck has been working with us on a bathroom remodel project. They have been AMAZING to work with. They listened to our questions, made suggestions, did great work, and cleaned up their work area afterwards. Communication is awesome. They are quick to get a hold of us through text and pictures and quick to respond to us. Price is right and they do what they say and more. We wholeheartedly recommend them for any project.

I called and left a message and received a return call. I explained our issue and that we have had 3 different companies try to fix the problem and we also have a leak in the pipe replaced by the previous plumber. They were in our general area and offered to come right over. They seemed to have a couple of ideas about what may be causing the sewer smell when the water is turned on.

They went right to work on the problem, very professional and informative. They seemed to know the history of plumbing issues in our area. I will definitely recommend them and call them for any future plumbing concerns.

I've had trouble finding plumbers in Spokane who are 1) responsive, and 2) reasonably priced. I'm glad to have learned about Peck's through Yelp reviews, although they were way down on the list, having to scroll down the pages, since they do not pay for advertising. To install our new kitchen faucet and connections for our dishwasher (in our kitchen remodel), they gave a price better than the competition and came out quickly, even arriving twenty minutes early instead of late. Jerome (who owns the business with his Dad) and his assistant were amiable, answering our questions kindly and clearly, and they completed the job with high quality and efficiently. Peck is definitely my new go-to plumber for Spokane!

This is a small company with low overhead which equates to more reasonably priced than others. They were very efficient and friendly as well as making recommendations for my project to keep costs down. I would definitely refer them ro anyone who needs plumbing services.

I wouldn't trust my plumbing needs with anyone else! I manage a 35 unit, family-owned apartment complex in Cheney, let's just say plumbing issues are not the least of my concerns. Peck Plumbing was the first company I called because of their trusted reputation and family-owned orientation. Their technician was very knowledgeable about my issue and explained my options in detail before proceeding with the work.

The price and the materials that would be used for the job were both discussed before the work started. He was very efficient and willing to explain what he was doing while he was doing it. The project went smoothly, the attention to detail was top notch, and I paid exactly what I was expecting to pay when all the work was finished. 12/10! Because I manage so many units and have a fair amount of issues, I am not always able to get my project done with Peck Plumbing.

I have tried every other major plumbing outfit in the Inland Northwest and I always leave the transaction feeling slighted and unhappy. Not to say that the work wasn't done but I didn't get that friendly vibe like I do from Peck Plumbing. Sure you can get the work done elsewhere but wouldn't rather know that your issue is going to be cared for by professionals that care?

These guys are the best! They pointed out to me that I still had a couple of months left on my warantee for my water heater which enabled me to order a replacement part at n/c. They installed it the day I received it and charged me about $1,500 less than the first quote I received from Mainstream Electric. They were very knowledgeable and professional. And they are now my "go to" plumbers. I give them my highest recommendation!

These are my guys for water line problems from now on, and I wish I called them for other issues we've had in the last 20 years. We had two "surprise" plumbing events in the last year--neither a real big job--but beyond the realm of my DIY. They made it all seem so easy, I found myself reaching for my dude card to turn in, for my lack of technical skills. They are local to me, a family business, always on time, and very fair/affordable. Message for the West Plains: these guys are a solid call for any plumbing issue/emergency.

We had a toilet leak at a rental house and not only did Jerry answer the phone, but scheduled a problem solving mission for the same afternoon. After trying to fix the toilet it was determined we needed a new toilet. He showed up early the next morning and had the toilet installed in less than an hour. Jerry is very knowledgeable, easy to work with and professional. Also, he is honest and respectful of women.

I just had Jerry of Peck plumbing and heating take care of a water heater problem that I had. I scheduled the time of 2:30 in the afternoon and he showed up at 1:50 ready to go. He was excellent! Very friendly and professional the price was also excellent.
