Our condo development had a serious leak in our water line under our foundation which could have resulted in many thousands of dollars worth of repairs. PCBI came out immediately to help us, and came up with a creative solution saving us from having to dig up our foundation, and getting the water back on quickly. We can't thank them enough for the help and professionalism!

Maybe a bit pricier than some but they actually respond to phone calls immediately, schedule and dependably follow through and do good quality work.

First the good. The guy that came out was very professional and did a great job! The bad. I had a sparking 3 way light switch replaced. They charged $99 as a "service call" fee and then $95 for the labor. This is the first company I've used that doesn't roll the service call fee into the final charge if the labor is actually performed So they're basically saying it cost $99 dollars just to come to your house.

Never experienced that before. I would understand if there was a charge if we didn't use the services and just wanted an estimate or a check up. But since the labor was done and charged for, the $99 "service" call fee is absolutely crazy and I will not be using them again.

Had someone come out to check my heat pump 2 weeks ago. I've called 3 times to check on the part and I get we are checking on it. Had I not paid the $99 service fee I would be going somewhere else. Never dealt with such incompetence. All I want is an answer.

Too expensive! Too bad we found out too late. This year the tech said our neighbor and us have a similar problem with our units. It's been a week but no calls from them to have it rechecked. That's not service.

PBCI really REALLY helped me out today! From the person I talked to on the phone to the technician who came to my home, everyone was so nice. I could tell they wanted to help me out and understood that I was in kind of a bind with the potential of my fridge going out in this summer heat. They are wonderful, they always have been. I recommend them to anyone who needs electrical work done ~ absolutely!
