Pamlico Air, Inc. has been in business since 1990 and is a family owned business native to Hatteras Island. Every repair our technicians perform includes a one year warranty on both parts and labor.

Pamlico Air, Inc. is a family owned business. We have been in operation since 1990. From our first day in business, our goal has been to provide first rate service with top quality products. We do all aspects of the HVAC business. From heat pumps to high efficient gas furnaces and from new construction to the toughest remodel jobs, we install top of the line Goodman products.
We don't have a service call charge. We have a diagnostic fee for our technician to thoroughly diagnose your comfort system. Once our tech finds the problem or problems, he/she will show you the cost of repair in our pricing guide. Any repair our technician makes is accompanied by a one year parts and labor warranty.
The following extended warranty plans are provided by Goodman for authorized GoodCare Dealers to sell GoodCare coverage directly to a homeowner who has purchased an eligible Goodman Product. GoodCare is available with respect to residential installations of Goodman single phase products through five tons.

Our AC wasn't cooling well as it was 16 years old. We had several companies come out to look it over and quote us for a new unit. Out of all the companies Pamlico Air was responsive when we called, came out right away, and gave us the best price! We had them come on the hottest busiest time of the season! We LOVE our new AC! The temp is so much more even and our electric bill was literally cut in half! We will never use anybody else for our heating and cooling needs.
