The technician only looked at our unit and within five minutes told me he would not touch the part of the unit in the crawl space of my house. He said it wasn't installed correctly. It's been that way for 23 years since the house was built. Tell me the truth, the technician was HEAVYSET and could not make it through the access door or the crawl space. Send someone capable of doing the work. Don't waste my time.

Doug was very friendly and explained everything to us and if I had any questions during the installation he was always there to answer any questions I had. The employees on the job were great and they were very professional. The cleaned up everything after the installation and did a great job. I would recommend this company to anyone. This was the first time I called Palmer for an issue with my AC. I will definitely call these guys again. They said they would be out at 9am and when my wife outside to go to work at 8:10am Doug was already here. He knew what he was doing and fixed the problem quickly. Very professional. I usually never write reviews but Scott from Palmers has to be one of the best out there in this field. Super-smart and knowledgeable. Took the time to make sure everything was up to his standards and also took time to explain to me what all he did. On top of all that, he was very affordable. Don't waste your money or time on anyone else.

Outstanding, prompt, and courteous service. On 5/25/2019 my a/c stopped working, and I called Palmers Heating & Air Conditioning, and a repairman arrived within 1 hour! He then diagnosed the root cause of the problem (bad fuse and low coolant), and corrected both in about 1 hour. My a/c is backup up and running! Fantastic! I was very surprised to find a company that could help me so quickly. I would recommend this company to anyone in need of a/c repair work.
