Very unprofessional Customer Service. We called them because this company was recommended by other service company. Spoke with the lady at the receptionist and she paged Russell, the technician to call us back. Mr. Russell called and he promised to come to the location for service. We discussed the rates and everything over the phone. In fact we also sent him the video of the problem area, and Mr. Russell said that he will keep the parts and come in the morning.
When we called in the morning, he did not answer the calls, and on calling the company, the scheduling manager said the no one was ever scheduled to come and he hung up the phone. I do not recommend this company to anyone. Very unprofessional and rude!
