Olympic Oil Heating & A/C

I've used Young's for auto and oil services for decades and are very satisfied with them. I've needed to obtain emergency services for my oil burner twice and both were handled quickly and repairs done well. My most recent and truly outstanding service was related to a recent auto issue. I won't bore you with the lengthy details but I have to tell you that I've never had as excellent a response from a company to resolve an issue immediately and at their substantial expense than this family business did.

I'm now in my senior years so I've got a lot of years to measure that against. I should note that the cause of the issue was a mistake made by a former employee. I told my family that I've often had to argue and provide evidence to other companies to get them to consider addressing an issue on their end, which usually failed, but this company knocked it out of the park. They define integrity and trust me, this is hard to find.

These people do a job and the problem is worse than when they came to fix it. Then they still want to be paid. Well i didn't pay them and i am not going to. I gave them one star only because if i didn't give a star i could not post this. Please stay away from these people as they are a ripoff.

Youngs is great my first experience with them was yesterday on the phone they got me scheduled for this morning The guy they sent was named Ryan he was absolutely FANTASTIC! explained things to me held a gteat conversation and was just a joy to have in my home! Thank you so much Youngs for your quivk service and amazing Employee! 5stars for Ryan also!
