Northpoint was a great company but now they're owned by casteel. Do not use this company! their customer service is *terrible* the people are extremely rude, they don't come when they say they're going to come when they do come they don't fix anything and then reschedule another time to come out we've had somebody at our house four different times for a unit that's not even a year old and this company is too incompetent to fix it, go with a small business owner who actually cares about their customers.we need another unit replaced and we will not be using casteel

Tony came to my house and I am so glad I chose to have North Point HVAC do the maintenance and services on my HVAC system! Their technician Tony was on time and very professional and took all the proper Covid safety measures and explained everything in detail to keep my system up and running! If you don't use North Point HVAC I recommend 150% that you make the switch!

I contacted Northpoint HVAC due to not having heat on one level of my house. They were quick to make arrangements for someone to evaluate the unit. The service tech, Dedric Garland came out late on a Saturday night - took his time to figure out what the issue was and explained what was needed in detail. Parts were ordered and another tech, Tony Kopko returned to install the parts and get the unit up and running. I found both guys to be professional, courteous and knowledgeable. Staff has always been top notch. Highly recommend Northpoint HVAC.

I have never reviewed any services before, however, felt compelled to for North Point Heating and Air because the service was incredible. Rhonda has been extremely communicative throughout the entire process, always making sure to over-communicate with everything from scheduling to invoicing etc. The service was fantastic, making sure to point out things I should be looking for for future maintenance. They will have my business as long as I remain in Atlanta.

A/C unit was purchased and installed in Feb 2021 and it ran out of Freon a few weeks ago. Upon calling for service they immediately came out and diagnosed the soldering was not done correctly during installation. Once the new valve was received they came immediately and their 2 service technicians replaced the valve and soldered in properly. The two technicians, Tony and Connor, although they were new and somewhat inexperienced they properly fixed the problem with great passion and the care.
They both were superb communicators and took their time and patience to provide me with excellent customer service. I highly recommend this company mostly due to the customer service provided by Tony and Connor!

After using a different service provider for the last 2 yrs, we decided to contact another HVAC company about repairs to our air conditioning unit. Our previous service provider gave us an estimate of almost $3900 (in which they suggested we basically replace a circuit board, dampers, and thermostats throughout our house), we decided to get a second opinion.
After speaking with and getting estimates from two more HVAC repair companies, we decided to go with North Point. The decision paid off to the tune of over $3000. After the North Point technician did a thorough check of the system, he discovered that there was a short in our outdoor unit that was causing the damage to the circuit board. After a quick repair, we were up and running and it has been working perfectly since.
The repair was completed the second week of July. I waited until now to write the review because I wanted to be sure that there were no additional issues. I also have to mention that everyone from the person that took the initial call about the issue, to the technicians that completed the repair, were highly professional and very courteous! They are now going to be my first call when we need any repairs or when we ultimately have to replace our units. This may have been the best $900 I ever spent!

I have used this company for many years. I currently have a heating and air conditioning contract with them. They are very professional and provide top-quality service. Their repair men are very courteous and extremely knowledgeable. When it comes to cost, they beat the other companies hands down. I would recommend Northpoint heating and air to anyone who wants a really GREAT company.

We have known Jeff for about 8 years, and he and any other technician that has come to do a service call on our A/C units or furnaces are thorough and professional. We were told our basement furnace is in need of replacing, but there was no pressure to make a decision on the spot. Additionally, Jeff stayed and we chatted about our families for a few minutes. He knows how to build his customer base by creating personal relationships!
