New Concepts Plumbing & Heating

Tom is a great plumber he knows his stuff. He was helpful in getting the right part to fix my plumbing-the part was a rare fit! great doing business with him!

I worked with Tom from New Concepts on an oil to propane conversion. It was a big job with several twists, including separating my one zone heat into two zones, new modern thermostats, and as well reconnecting my basement loop which was cut out by the previous owner due to frozen pipe damage. Everything is working beautifully now - not just more efficiently but also the house is much more evenly heated.

I had the town inspector come out to sign off on the job, and three times during the inspection said "wow.whoever did this did a really, really good job". And everyone I've showed it to has been impressed, including two other HVAC techs. Not only that, Tom has helped me to NOT need his service a few times with some of the smaller plumbing / heating projects I've tackled with solid advise on what to do (or not to do as is more often the case). If you need heating or plumbing help, make one call to Tom and get it done right the first time.

Tom was great! He was very responsive, tried and succeeded in helping to limit my costs, and went out of his way to accommodate my needs. He followed up as promised in a timely manner. We recently moved to a new home and had issues with our hot water, so we called Tom and he came out later that same day to look. Critical: Responsiveness Called for what might be a simple pipe repair under my kitchen sink. They where to busy to take the job on after hours. My home is less then 5 miles away from there office. Guess they only want big ticket repairs and installation Service: Find & repair leak

Tom came to hook up my gas stove where there had previously been an electric one. He was very knowledgeable and communicative. He provides wonderful service. I had consulted with another plumber first and am so glad I chose to go with New Concepts Plumbing. I will be using this company from now on.

With all of the 5.0 reviews, I figured that New Concepts would be a great choice. I could not have been more wrong. I called them twice, the 2nd time with a clarified message because I thought my first message was probably confusing. As of today, it has been five days since my first call. No call back. This is rude and unprofessional. If they lose any business because of this review, they richly deserve it. I strongly urge everyone to go elsewhere, to a company that gives you respect.
