Critical: Quality They replaced upstairs/attic air conditioning unit and shortly thereafter we had a leak in the ceiling over our living room. They denied any responsibility for damage. We called Nail Heating & Air, they came out to inspect our current heating and air system, arriving when they said they would be there. After inspection and identifying the problem, they wrote up an estimate with three options and explained what all three entailed. We decided on what we wanted, they were back out within a couple of days and installed a new system. All work was very satisfactory. The employees were all very professional and polite. We would definitely use them again.

We had a complete system replaced a couple of years ago at our previous house. When our unit went out in our new house, I called Nail because of the previous experience. Through the whole process they were professional and listened to our needs. What really impressed me was the fact that one of the installers was concerned that after he left that he may have missed something or forgot to check something. Nail heating and air then came back out the very next day to make sure that it was correct.

That is the kind of service you need. The attention to making sure it is right is what every customer wants. Nail heating and Air proved to me they are a honest and trustworthy company. Thank you guys, I think you guys have earned a lifetime customer.

I was referred to this business and couldn't have been more pleased with my experience. The heating issue that I had was not covered by my home warranty company (just my luck) and the company they had come out provided an estimate that caused me to gasp for air. After calling Nail, Christine and Ronnie got my issue resolved in a very expeditious manner that resulted in over a 50% cost savings (excluding inspection fee). While, it's only been a few days since repair, I've been able to sleep comfortably without my thermostats sending any warning messages of extreme temperatures. Will recommend to others based off of this experience.
