They came out to look at my furnace and changed out the control board and said that it also needed a limit switch. The tech said it should be in by Thursday a couple days later. I told him I had to go in for bypass surgery so please let's me know. When I came home a week later all I got was a bill and no explanation or advise on completion of repairs but I did get a invoice without the military discount promised and a full truck charge for and incomplete job with no solution to fix the problem.

I also inquired about a complete HVAV replacement with no response so I now have to find professional company to finish their job and wants to install a completely new system.

The team at mountain air installed 30 panels at my home. In coarsegold ca 9000 dollars less than competition.they were On time.clean. professional. don't waste your time with anyone else these people are the best. thanks steve and crew. from serop.

We had a mini split installed by Mountain Aire recently. Everyone from the estimate to the install was professional, kind, and knowledgable. The install was fast, and the men that worked on the project cleaned up after the job. I have zero complaints about the service we received, and we are over the moon about our new comfy and cool house. Not to mention our bill went DOWN after switching from a water cooler to the ac unit. Our minds were blown. Highly recommend this company. Would never go anywhere else.

Steven came out to look at a mess a contractor did with installing a water cooler. They did excellent work fixing everything and properly installing a down draft water cooler with all the ducting and venting. We would recommend them to anyone looking for a heating/cooling company that is on time, fast, friendly and professional.

FIRST! THE LADIES! The office staff was warm & friendly, NOT flat dry & ho hum. They heard how rough things have been all month for me & my animal rescue & got back t me quickly assuring me they could get a tech out to me the VERY next day.! Do U know how rare this is? I'm in a mobile service too, & I get it. When the tech-Keith- did show, he was VERY pleasant, EZ & cooperative w/ me for my questions re: my set-up & its past issues, which I suspected were misdiagnosed.

End of my story is: thee were 3 major errors in previous service calls & diagnosis- I watched & he explained a few steps in, & ALL the previous issues of the last 3 years are now GONE. I AM A HAPPY CLIENT & THIS CO. IS GREAT!
