Mc Coy Heating & Cooling

I have used McCoy Heating and Cooling in the past and have continued to buy my filters thru them. Today I called because I needed a thermostat changed out. The Manager said that they would only do it if I buy their Thermostat. When a Manager chooses to no longer offer services unless you buy their expensive and over priced products, it's time to move on to another Company.

Especially when there are many other Heating and Cooling companies in the area. I was already irritated with the filter price always changing every time It was time to replace it, but todays interaction proved to me what kind of company they have become. I would strongly suggest to everyone to find another company to work with. When people want your business they will work with you. This company has decided to become more greedy. And I guarantee you will be paying well above for their services.

Just finished a service call with Alex as our tech. He is very professional and has a huge amount of knowledge about hvac repair. I highly recommend McCoy and they are my hvac repair company from now on Service: A/C system repair

Emailed about a furnace replacement in a moble home and got called by sales, never answered my question about cost or if they even work on trailers. Not a good experience.

Our furnace when out on a very cold night, 11°F to be exact. Technician loaned us space heaters until they could get the parts ordered in the morning. They opened up at 8am. Technician called me by 8:10am to let me know the parts were ordered. Wasn't long we have wonderful heat.

We had some problems but they went above and beyond to get our furnace up and running as fast as possible!

My repair person's name was Alex and I just wanted to say that he was very professional, kind and curious. But the company itself is awesome if you need anything done call them they will see to your needs in a professional manner. Thanks again for everything
