What great customer service and communication this company has. I've used them for about 3 years now starting with a new HVAC system. Recently had an issue that ended up being under warranty. Came out same day to diagnose the issue and do a temporary fix while parts were ordered. Returned with new coil in just a couple of days and had us cool as a cucumber (whatever that old saying means ) just before 100 degree temps rolled in. Thanks for being so dependable and reliable McClintock team!

They did a great job explaining everything to my wife and I and answering all of our questions. I never felt like I was being sold. The installation was done on time. The guys were extremely respectful of us. They wore masks and booties while in the house and were very communicative with what they were doing. For the total replacement we did, we conducted online and neighborhood research and McClintock came up with everyone. They had also maintained our system for the previous 12 years. and still had the same technician which says a lot!

From my first meeting with Danny, his knowledge and help was immense. He really listened and took care of what I was thinking about completely. He also was available for conversations with me about other companies ideas and bids. He took such good care really trying to help us make the best decision. In our installation, Chris and Jacob did a great job.

Their care for the home, their showing up on time, and communication was tremendous. They worked hard and I really thought they did such a great job. I would recommend them as installers to anyone. I also loved that the owner stopped by day 1 to check on them/us. It made a huge difference just to make us feel comfortable. The system is up and running. Everything is working well! We are very happy McClintock and their work.

McClintock replaced both of my heating units and ACs with Trane equipment. Every person that I dealt with was professional and very helpful. The installation people were great. They did the work as scheduled and left the place clean. McClintock sent people over a week after the install to check that the units were working properly. Everything has great warranties. You cannot go wrong with these folks! Great people. Great service.

I reached out because there was a smell of burnt rubber throughout my house and I wanted to have my heating checked in case of a fire hazard. Without any prior use of McClintock services they were still at my house within two hours of my initial call. The technician, Devin Smith, was fantastic. He was efficient while being personable, answered all my questions and educated me further about my heating unit.

As a first time home owner I understood very little before his visit, now I understand a lot more! My favorite part is that after a thorough inspection he gave advice about general upkeep but found no issues and thus did not charge me unnecessarily. The smell is gone and all is well. We had our hvac system overhauled the latter part of 2020, and so far we are pleased with the results. Everyone we've worked with from McClintock has been very responsive and friendly whenever we've had questions or concerns. We highly recommend Amir, the service technician who's been maintaining our system and helping to keep our house feeling comfortable throughout seasonal changes. McClintock was extremely helpful from the first phone call with Stephanie to the quick repair. We woke up in the morning to find our house unusually cold with no heat coming into the house. With a newborn baby we wanted this resolved as quick as possible. I found this company on google and decided to give them a try. They were sympathetic and very communicative on when they could make it out. I would definitely use them again if I have any other issues!

These people are great at customer service and terrible at delivering what you pay for. I've had them replace both units at my house. The first AC system had to be reinstalled 3 times due to oversight and the second has had a week overlap due to things not be ordered correctly. For 25k I expect better.

We have had a LOT of HVAC work done the past couple years. We replaced two large HVAC systems last year in our previous house, and we just replaced all of the ductwork and added a second floor system to our new house (in a very tight space that required creative solutions). We used McClintock for all of it and we could not be happier with their work and their customer service.

When shopping for an HVAC company, we got numerous quotes (6 or 7). McClintock's pricing was very competitive. But more importantly, their customer service is impeccable. They are honest, efficient, reasonably priced, extremely responsive, friendly, and professional. We have recommended McClintock to many friends and family, and we will be customers for life. After researching HVAC companies online, I called McClintock Heating and Cooling, and they did not disappoint. Their office was personable and was able to send a technician within a couple of hours. I appreciated their keeping me informed via text and call. The tech Mark arrived on time, and was extremely knowledgeable, and courteous. He helped me understand the situation with my HVAC, and clearly explained my options. I'd recommend McClintock for their responsiveness, friendliness, expertise, and pricing.

Black people please do not use this company. This company is a racist. All Trump Supporters. They do not hire BLACK Technicians at all. I was the only Black employee who worked in the office to get furloughed and let go but all my white co workers got to keep their job. I was hired the same time as 2 of my white co workers and they still have their jobs.

A white girl who was hired in January 2020 and i was hired in June of 2018, white girl gets her job back. Black girl is the only person who wasn't offered her job back while other white co workers kept their job and had options from working from home. I'm glad BBB gave me the information i needed to get this discrimination law suit started

So tell me why would one of your technician just completely ignore mentioning to me that my unit has a VISIBLE hole BLOWING cold air in my crawlspace? No wonder why my home does not cool at all

We have used McClintock for many years. Our service person has been Marty. Marty has always provided excellent and punctual service and is just a super nice guy! We like this company because we feel that they have always been honest in directing us with repairs. The maintenance plan they offer is great-they come and do tune-ups on your systems as well as offer discounts on repairs. We highly recommend them after having gone through several other companies.

The HVAC for my condo wouldn't put out cold/warm air. We were told we needed a new compressor along with refrigerant and other services totalling around $2000. The same problem happened again within 7 months and when I called to have someone come fix it, I was told I would still have to pay just to have someone come look at it even though I was still within the disclosed warranty time frame.

I was selling my property and needed it done quickly and correctly to close escrow so I had to use another company. They fixed the problem and told me that there was no way that I received the full service that I was billed for based on their diagnostics. Based on my experience with this company, I would not recommend their services.

I've used McClintock for several years now, and they've always done a great job of getting the system ready for the next season. I have utilized McClintock for about 5-years now, after I went through a couple other firms who always seem to have something I needed to purchase, but on return visits, their Techs would tell me the work done previously was not needed. Once I started using McClintock, they took care of business, made recommendations, but offered multiple ways of dealing with it.

Their Techs have always been top notch, thorough, an responsive to my needs. They might not be the least expensive, but I feel I can always depend on there folks to take care of my HVAC issues and keep my units working for as long as possible.

We've purchased from McClintock at two different residences over the past 7 or so years. Very impressed with their depth of knowledge, from the estimators to installers to service techs to inside support staff (love the ladies who take care of us!) Christian Parra has been to our house several times, and is a great example of a tech who takes pride in doing a job well done. The Trane equipment is very quiet and reliable.

A friend uses McClintock and recommended them so I had them out today for routine service on my HVAC. So Happy I found McClintock. Cristian Parra, their service technician, did a great job, told me about the work he did and left the work site spotless. I will continue use them from now on.

I called McClintock and my 3rd floor was cooled off within 24 hours. Kevin Kelly came out and was wonderful to work with. Not only did he explain the problem but he also showed me exactly where the problem was and what he was doing to fix it, step by step. I used to Duke power's referral program to find McClintock Heating & Air. Mike McClintock arrived on time to do an assessment of my air conditioning system. He seemed to know what he was talking about and did not present a high-pressure sail to me. Within a day he had emailed me a proposal along with clearly stated prices and services. There was an error on my square footage for my house which I alerted might too.

He immediately reassessed the evaluation and sent an updated proposal by the end of the day. I have yet to have the service performed, but based on this first interaction with them I would highly recommend McClintock Heating and Air

Overpriced and poor customer service. Rude people working the phones. I also did not appreciate how this company charged my credit card without at least asking for a verbal ok prior to doing so. They may actually do good work, but i am choosing to use another company.

(Occurred last summer, just now updating) Found myself with very simple issue on a ~6-year old unit - exhaust fan (outside) failed. Very disappointed in response I received from McLintock when I contacted them seeking to purchase replacement fan and install myself. The representative insisted on $90 service call to determine issue. Them stood behind some policy that they couldn't sell parts.

I understand to a degree but they've lost a customer due to their insistence on making a buck and lack of willingness to help or direction to solve my issue. This highlighted how they've tried to upsell me on every visit for the past couple years - I overlooked previously because I have no issue saying 'No.' I wound up finding a replacement fan online, thru a willing merchant; installed myself and all is well for a year now.
