Markgraf Mechanical installed and has maintained my high efficiency natural gas boiler. This was installed in 2004 and is still saving me money! It does in floor heating for my kitchen and lower level family room, also an 8' cast iron radiant heat for the basement, and my hot water! He also has installed an A/C unit which is now over 20 years old. They stand behind their work! I highly recommend their services!

Wow, if I could give them a negative rating. I would. The owners son came out and didn't have a clue about what he was doing. He had to call Daddy at least 3 times while I was present. When the kid finally left, he said his Dad would call me. Daddy never called and I just got a bill stating my AC was restricted and needed to be replaced. Their bid was 7K.

I called Markgraf because the previous owners used them. The unit was froze up because the vents were closed and my fan was turned on to run continuously. I was the problem, not my A/C My AC is R22 and yes, it needs to be replaced but I just couldn't afford that this year. On top of it all, they recommended a low budget replacement. 2nd opinion was a top of the line unit for 4K, installed. They had the nerve to send me a bill for $85 dollars. I will certainly pay it, but I most certainly will not recommend them.

We've had them replace our furnace and later our hot water heater and we loved them. We recommended them to our family even. They are a great family buusiness.

They replaced our furnace last year. They were professional and stabd behind their work. I highly recommend them.

When the furnace went out, we called them. The lady assured us we would heat from them soon, to set up a date to come fix it. They never called back. Very rude, poor customer service.
