Fall of 2021 I bring the motor home in to top off the tank for the winter trip south. $83 dollars and I was shocked. Never had a bill so high. I said never again. Spring of 2022 I bring in a bbq tank in for filling. Pumps are closed with many old wet signs blaming Covid. Closed to the public due to Covid. They are still inside their bubble.

On auto delivery. Have had no fuel for 2 days! Oh, unless I pay an "Off route" fee of $250! Was on hold with the "emergency" line for over 2 hours. This was my second time on hold, first time was an hour. Monday morning, this was the temp in my home. Its unfathomable to me that they would allow people to stay in Their homes in the middle of winter with no heat! Inhumane!

Used to be a great company. Although a bunch of the hardworking and helpful staff is still there, once the company was sold their prices have gone up exponentially and you have to call after every delivery to fix the billing. Thank goodness I'm not on auto payment or else I would be in huge financial trouble over the winter.
