Lee's came out after a 4 day wait and told me I either needed 4k worth of repairs or a new unit. They heavily recommended a new unit. Just the day before I received a flier advertising they are selling new units. I called LS Heating and Cooling, they came out the next day and replaced a circuit board on my unit for $699. I told my story to my co-worker and he said he had a similar experience of Lee's telling him he needed a new unit when it turned out to only need a 10 minute repair, also done by LS. Don't trust Lee's.

The technician, David Vasquez, was outstanding in doing a diagnostic visit on AC explaining everything about how my air conditioning system works including how to use the google nest thermostat more efficiently. I received same day service in an emergency situation and I couldn't get an appointment for two weeks with the company I had been using for months. So now it's Lee's Air conditioning and plumbing for me!

I am a Lee's maintenance customer. Last Friday, Joe discovered a fluid leak in my 21 year old HVAC system. Knowing that I was past due for a replacement, I asked for an estimate and he was able to arrange it that same day. Rafael was professional, well informed and presented the options without pressure. After working hard Monday and Tuesday, Jose and Jesus had installed my new system and taught me how to use it. The customer service and competency was excellent from start to finish. These guys were the best. Jesse and his bro went above and beyond in installing a fitting for my outdoor gas line. They provided me all the materials I wanted to attach a hose to my gas line. Went above and beyond by helping me set up my outdoor wok by hooking it up and valves and hoses to it. These guys were awesome and a pleasure to be around.

We had a water filtration system installed this past week. The two gentlemen that installed our unit were professional. The quality of the device as well as the work they performed was excellent. This is our third time using Lee's. We also had a water heating system and a new air-conditioning system installed at various times. Each time we had the same wonderful experience. We had a plumbing issue which seemed minor but ended up being a root infestation far down in the pipes. These guys went above and beyond with service! They gave clear information/explanation every step of the way, continued working inside the house and outside, even removed plants that were overgrown and in the way of accessing the drain. Cleaned up well after themselves and left the property tidy.
The drain works great! And we got information about the plumbing system lay out and help with understanding what was causing the plug. I highly recommend Lee's Crew, they have about 20 plumbers and get the job done!

Christian, Tony and Christian #2 as well as Frank and Raphael were very friendly and professional. Answered all our questions, never felt rushed. They installed Daikin Room Airconditioning in 5 rooms. The main unit is on the roof of our 2 story home. They worked on our house for 4 days, covering floors, furniture, etc. in the areas of where they worked and walked in with shoe booties on! They were also very communicative as the work progressed letting us know each step so we knew what to expect.

The technicians who installed a complete new heating/air system were very experienced and friendly. They had to design and create a whole new setup in my attic with venting tubes all over the place. It took about 4 days to complete the whole process. It was raining the entire 4 days, but they kept their rugs rolled out to protect the floors and they cleaned up after themselves.
It was a little stressful having someone in the house for most of the day for 4 days in a row, but we managed. The one thing I hated was the price of the system, but they helped me get financing with no issues at a reasonable monthly payment. They even had someone come and put insulation in the attic after they were done. They even had an inspector come and look at everything to make sure it was done correctly. Overall, it was a great experience and I will definitely recommend their company for any needs you may have.

Quick response, professional and kind. I think if we learned anything, you have to look at your air conditioner as you do your car. You have to do yearly maintenance. Otherwise, just like your car, it takes a costly crap at the worst time. They went above and beyond to help us during the 107 degrees days. Thank you!
