We had for AJ Leblanc to come and install a toilet that was still in the box. When they went to take it out, they found it was broken. They were very nice and told us they would come back when the new one arrived. When we finally received it the same day, they came back right after we called to install it the same day. We would have had to wait over a week if they hadn't come back that same day. Thank you so much to AJ Leblanc for being so accommodating. Would call you again if needed. I see why yu were voted number one plumber.

Called to have an electrician come over to get a quote for some outlet fixes and panel repair. The guy was nice, examined the house, and said he'd get us a quote. A week goes by with no quote. I phone the office and ask what's up with my quote. The office says they'll look into it. Another week goes by and nothing. If you don't want new customers, just say so upfront!

Don't waste my time, please. I will be using another, more responsive electrician and won't entrust my HVAC installation to such a company either. FOLLOWUP: The company was very responsive upon seeing this review. I received emails and calls apologizing and offering a discount, so it does seem that they care about their reputation and new customers. I presume that they are looking into what happened in my case, so maybe future customers will have better service.

We called for service because our ac is not working! A technician came out and found there was a leak that was unrepairable. The unit is probably close to 15 years old. We were quoted thousands of dollars less than another business for replacing the heat pump. The reason we called another business is because we were told that the next service date could be as late as early July.and we are supposed to have a 95 degree day this weekend!

After talking with the technician and the office, they were able to squeeze us in the next day since it was basically a swap out. Thank you so much, AJ Leblanc! I wouldn't be able to stand 95 degrees in this house, with stairs and on crutches!

Our experience with LeBlanc started with a detailed review of our needs which included an on-sight, comprehensive evaluation by Rich Flynn, followed by a detailed quotation for a Whole-House Mini Split Cooling/Heating system. There was no ambiguity in the quotation, we knew exactly what we would be getting - Rich was very knowledgeable, thorough and accommodating - just what we were looking for and at a very competitive price.

The quotation process was very pleasant. The installation led by Clay and his crew, were very professional, very pleasant, they were very considerate of our concern for "dust" and overall cleanliness, and their installation was of the highest quality. They had to work under unusually cold weather; 20 °F with strong winds to install the Condensers but never complained.

The project was completed to our total satisfaction and on schedule. The Electrician Jim was also very pleasant and easy to work with. He was very accommodating and very thorough, doing quality work to ensure a quality installation. The entire team, from sales through installation was a very good experience from beginning to end. I would not hesitate to recommend LeBlanc HVAC to anyone. A 5* company all the way!

They are wonderful in most regards except scheduling-twice they missed the mark with me. Once at install at a townhouse complex when they should have known we needed to give 24 hour notice to residents because the main water line had to be shut off (they have done work here before) and the other with the permitting process - I have a life too and they apparently do not consider that which has been the most frustrating part of the process

Our pilot light went out on our water heater and we called AJ Leblanc who had someone there within 2 hours: Robert was knowledgeable, courteous and professional. He fixed the problem right away and showed us what to do so it would not happen again. He also gave us some advice on scheduling maintenance which was very helpful. Overall a great experience and we would highly recommend him.

I had an electrical issue and my experience with AJ LeBlanc was excellent! The administrative staff was friendly and helpful ensuring a timely appointment. I was very impressed with Tucker, the electrician, since he was knowledgeable, thorough, and articulate in explaining everything he was doing. I have used LeBlanc in the past for plumbing and they were quick and thorough for an outdoor faucet. I just reached out to them for an estimate for Air Conditioning and Lila called and not only was very friendly on the phone but set up an appointment for the estimate within a couple hours. Joe Szepanski came out and was courteous and professional looked at what needed to be done and sent me a quote within an hour. Still looking to get an additional bid but this company will likely earn my business. I am impressed already

We lost heat, I spoke with Bryan for quite a while trying to help me walk through some steps, then he got his technician Brian to come out within 30 minutes to help us. He knew within minutes the problem, fixed it in 10. This was by far the most spectacular service I have ever received very very affordable pricing for a weekend emergency. I would highly recommend them to everyone!

We were having some issues with the heat not coming out of our vents evenly in all of the rooms. After having some great service with some plumbing issues I decided to call A.J LeBlanc again to come out and take a look at it for me. The office was not sure that they would make it out that day but they did! After a quick explanation of the problem, the techs immediately thought to check the air filter.

After removing the filthy air filter, voila! the heat worked properly! They tested a few more things just to make sure everything was working properly and there was no upselling or pressuring to do anything additional which I really appreciate. After chatting with the techs about next steps if the heat didn't sustain the proper levels over the weekend as they thought it would, we found out that not only did we have the G.M as one of out techs, but also the 4th Gen owner! They saved us from another cold night and the customer service was top notch on all levels. Thank you A.J. Leblanc!

Dan and Dylan came to our Bedford, NH home on short notice to find leaks in our plumbing system and heating pipes. Three (3) hours later between them, working as a team, they found six (6) broken pipes and repaired them magnificently! Very well pleased with their work. No nonsense, professional, mature and hard working. The have found a new customer in us as we just recently moved to Bedford. Highly recommend this firm to you all :)

Today was my first time using LeBlanc and they sent out Robert. He showed up quickly, educated me on the issue and was able to fix it very quick. The price was beyond reasonable and Robert was great. Will absolutely be using them going forward.

Our aging furnace had an issue with the exhaust fan and our usual HVAC folks weren't returning our calls. We contacted LeBlanc and they answered right away, were very polite, and got us scheduled for a visit. The technician Robert was right on time. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and was a good sport about answering all the questions I had regarding our late model furnace while he worked. Our furnace is back to running smoothly!

We had Tucker and Stu install two closet light fixtures for us and repair some outlets in our new nursery. They were on time and had the job complete in just a few hours. The new light fixture was installed overhead so we have a lot more room to set up the nursery. The new closet LED fixture was installed in a convenient location we we also have more room in the closet. They protected the room and cleaned up afterwards. This is the third time I have used AJ Leblanc for various plumbing / electrical services and I would highly recommend.

We were confronted with three outlets that suddenly were not working This was around XMAS time and we were unable to turn our XMAS tree lights on. I called LeBlanc and they were able to send out a technician very quickly! His name is Tucker and his professionalism and expertise was outstanding. He readily diagnosed and fixed the problem!

Had an appointment today to repair some wiring issues. Robert came in and did an initial review of where the issue was happening. He explained what the issue was and what needed to be done to remedy it. I was all for it as i wanted to be warm this winter, so he went and repaired what needed to be done, ensured the system was in perfect working order and professional throughout.

My wife and i am very happy with the results and highly recommend A.J. Leblanc for anyone with heating issues. We will definitely be using them again for any future needs. Thank you again Robert and team!

The replacement of our old gas heating system was done in less than two days. The work was of high quality and they fully explained how the new system worked. Highly recommended in Concord!

Previously had used AJ Leblanc for last two years and they were great. However, recently their service has dropped off significantly. I had scheduled a furnace cleaning back in March and they fit me in June. No problem, I get it, they are busy. However in June, the technician shows up and tells me he can't do my oil furnace cleaning and that the office will call to reschedule the following day.

Fast forward a week, no calls from their office to reschedule. I contact their office and they tell me they can fit me in around September! I inform them that they are the ones who canceled the previous appointment (scheduled months prior) and the nice woman at the office tells me their is nothing she can do and that it is their management who is making her schedule out that far.

I asked to speak to the manager and she tells me they are all on vacation but will have someone call the following Monday. Now, another week has passed and no one has reached out. I am disappointed and I'll be taking my business elsewhere.

I really had high hopes for these guys when scheduling an appointment to quote new HVAC and plumbing work. The plumber arrived early, the HVAC consultant arrived late. They clearly were not aligned. The plumber made snap judgements about extending the gas line, basically telling me what couldn't be done as opposed to offering practical solutions.

The HVAC person was pretty lackadaisical and took no measurements or load calculations. Neither did the plumber. They both looked baffled as to why they were even here regarding scope of work. Two weeks later I still haven't received a quote. Glad they didn't want my business. I will spend my money elsewhere. They even left their blank notepad here.

Top service at a fair price. We were new the area and to oil-based heating systems. Not only did they get the boiler back up to tip-top shape, they spent time explaining how to operate it safely and correctly. When we do our A/C retrofit this summer, they'll be the first place we call.

Our boiler stopped working and we had Leblanc come out to fix the problem. Once the tech figured it was an electrical issue he had the electricians come out within the hour. They diagnosed the problem and the heat was back on! Nice team work AJ LeBlanc!

We contacted AJ LeBlanc to look into repairing our hot water tank which had a extremely rusted inlet water pipe that was in danger of bursting. The service department responded within hours of our call by sending Robert to look at the problem. He did not have the correct parts on his truck to make the repair, but told us he would return the next day with the parts. Robert returned the following morning to make the repair which was very difficult due to the amount of corrosion and rust on the pipe.

He made the repair and made us very happy customers because it saved us many $$ by not having to purchase a new hot water tank. We have used AJ LeBlanc for HVAC repairs and installations in the past, and have always been happy with their service. If I could give Robert 10 stars, I would, he was a tremendous service technician and a nice person as well.

The crew arrived at the appointed time. The plumbers were professional, courteous, and careful to keep the space clean and minimize disruption. They worked quickly and quietly. The problem was resolved in a short time. I feel they were honest and efficient.

I found our new plumbing and heating company! After terrible service from Lachance, and being ripped off by Mr. Rooter ($505.82 for a valve and a little over an hour labor) I was feeling defeated. I took a chance on LeBlanc and I'm so happy I did. We had some issues with our boiler with lack heat & hot water. I called because of the good reviews and I have to say, these guys are excellent! The operator, dispatcher, and technician were all outstanding. The issues were fixed and the price was very fair. I can't express how thankful I am.

I called around 12:30pm the other day and was promptly responded to by Matt, a technician. I notified Matt that I had a tenant stating their was a gas smell coming from a radiator hookup in the apartment. Matt called around 12:45pm staying he would be able to come out after servicing a customer in Milford and then Bedford NH and it would probably be 2-3 hours.

At 2:15pm that same day he called to notify me that it was no longer looking good for the day and I would be called in the am to schedule something for the next day, Christmas Eve. I called at 8:15am Christmas Eve and was on the phone with a woman who was very rude and treated me ignorantly and with a sharp tone, almost attacking me. The woman told me that they do not work at all on space radiator and I should have called the gas company in the first place.

I would have done that had I not been told that they could do something about it. The woman also told me that they are not accepting new customers. This turned me off because I should have been told that the previous day when Matt told me they service their current customers first then get to others. I was direct in stating I felt she was getting frustrated and that I was solution- focused.

She continued with the tone the entire phone call. I don't feel that the company did acted ethically and should have been more transparent. By putting current customers first and stating it to a new customer in an emergency situation makes this company feel that new customers or ones they need to turn down are not important at all and that's where my frustration is.

I have never had the chance to be an existing consumer. If new business is so unimportant, be more transparent about it in the first call so that effective communication allows those not able to be serviced at least feel validated- she simply could have helped in a customer service driven manner. I just bought this house and was expecting a well known company like this one to take a new customer emergency situation more seriously and be there when they said they were going to be.

I would have been someone that would use this company a lot in the future and referred a lot of people considering I am an investor looking to purchase more multi families, work in real estate and have a wide network of investors and real estate agents in my circle. Very disappointed with the tone and treatment in the customer service they provided and will be relating to friends, family, business partners and more.

UPDATE: Changed my rating based on a call I received from Matt at LeBlanc as a follow-up to our issues. He apologized for our bad experience and offered us a nice discount on our next maintenance appointment. He stated they have very specific procedures the techs need to follow. Apparently our technician who didn't follow these procedures is no longer working for the company. PREVIOUS REVIEW: Beware.

We had them redo our furnace. They did a great job. But the rest seems to sound like a common theme with them. We had our annual maintenance check up last year. They went in and did their thing. They recommended we order filters online and replace them ourselves to save money. Very grateful for that. Unfortunately their technician forgot to plug back in the water condenser.

We ended up with a water in our basement as a result. Sorry, but attention to details and a follow up and retribution would have been an appropriate measure for keeping customers. Did not happen. Apparently that's not where they make their money.

Matt came out this week to replace a bathroom faucet and troubleshoot some issues we are having with a shower. He got the faucet replaced and walked me through the issues with the shower valve. He gave recommendations for what replacement parts were needed and where we could save some money if we wanted since it is not the primary shower. Will definitely be calling for future plumbing needs.

I was a Leblanc Heating customer for over a decade. I always gave good reviews and recommended this company to my friends nearby. I can assure you that it will not happen any more. I had my oil furnace cleaned as an annual check up and maintenance. The service tech was incompetent which required another technician to come out the next day to fix the problems created by the first tech.

The hidden labor cost ($120 per hour!) was never informed until the work was done. The office manager was less than professional to deal with. (Not returning my calls) Very disappointed and dissatisfied.

I called this morning because of a no heat problem with my tenant. Mary was great with helping me. She gave me a time frame when they would be there. Much to my delight, they were there within the hour and soon after the heat was working! And this was in the middle of a snowstorm! I think we are so used to poor customer service, we except it as the norm. When I receive exceptional service, I want everyone to know. A+ Service in every way!

All aspects of the furnace/air conditioning installation went smoothly, starting with the initial inspection which indicated an issue with corrosion in the old unit, to the estimate for the new unit, and finishing with the technicians who actually installed the unit. Pricing was fair and they assisted with filing the appropriate paperwork to receive available rebates. The new unit is very quiet and we are quite pleased.

Great local family-owned business. We've called them a couple times to service our furnace, as well as install and service our Nest. They are incredibly responsive and fit us in just as soon as they had an opening. I have had all great experiences with AJ LeBlanc over many years. Most recently, I called the office for a service call and they scheduled it for that day. Their Service Manager Robert made the repair and was very professional. When you call them, they answer the phone and respond in a timely manner without overcharging like many others. I would recommend them to anyone seeking a reputable heating or plumbing company to take care of their home.

This is the 3rd plumber we have used since we bought our house, and they are by far the best. We had a clogged drain and they showed up within an hour and had it fixed within a half hour. They were very professional and friendly, and their rates were reasonable. We will be calling again for any future issues!

We have had intermittent issues with an indirect hot water tank in a house that we bought 2 months ago. Everyone we have dealt with at LeBlanc has been friendly, courteous and responsive. I could not be more pleased with the service we've received. The hot water tank.not so much.
