Lakeville Heating and air did a great job of coming out same day my air conditioner was on the blink. Did an unbelievable job of talking through situations that could be wrong. Our air conditioning stopped working, and Pat came out to see what the issue was. He was very prompt, arriving within the 2-hour window stated, he was extremely courteous and professional. Unfortunately, due to the heat wave, he was booked out a couple weeks. He suggested we try others to possibly get in sooner, and we were able to get one sooner.

I just have to say, you will NOT be disappointed using Pat and Lakeville Heating & Air. The service was impeccable. We needed our air conditioner looked at (wasn't cooling our house properly) and weren't quite sure if it needed to be replaced or not. Pat evaluated everything, took the time to educate us and then recommended a solution in which saved us several thousand dollars!

Above and beyond! He came out on a Saturday over a long holiday weekend but didn't have the part he thought he needed. He called back on Sunday and came out again because he had been doing research. He had to refer us to an electrician due to a wiring issue. Honest and fair.

My furnace wasn't pushing air through my house. Pat showed up within 30 minutes of me calling, and was able to quickly diagnose that my furnace's circuit board wasn't working. He replaced the circuit board and had my furnace running within the hour while explaining everything he was doing. The price was more than fair. He didn't try to upsell me on anything and gave me some tips and tricks to diagnose common problems. Highly recommended!

Called for an HVAC certification because we are selling our house and buyers requested it. At the end of the appt. the guy was going to leave and send me a report (said it takes a while to generate the report). I asked him to show me what was wrong and he did. But basically was saying I couldn't fix furnace and we needed to replace furnace and air conditioner because it was "vintage." Got the report and it was only 3 sentences long. Called Don to see if a larger report would be coming and to explain what needed to be fixed.

He talked around and around and wouldn't answer my questions. When he finally realized he wasn't going to get a sale, he basically hung up and wouldn't call back when I left a vm for him. CenterPt was out and verified nothing wrong with the furnace and we do not have to replace it because it was old. All parts are readily available and it is in good working order. Stay away from this company unless you want to be pushed to replace your furnace and A/C.

Furnace issues. Not working at all on a Friday morning one week before Christmas. Called around to HVAC businesses and all busy. Found Lakeville Heating and Air and they responded as requested. Don sent out a great man named Pat. Pat did his diagnostic test quickly and efficiently. Found the problem. Circuit board needed to be replaced. Pat found a local supplier and returned in 3 hours to repair my furnace. All set for Christmas. Highly recommended Lakeville Heating and Air. Pete
