Critical: Professionalism Called because this was closest lennox dealer near me. The receptionist was rather rude. The guy had called me back and told me hes got enough problems in his own woods I have to call someone else. he did however give me a name if another lennox dealer who was further but was willing to come out my way.

Refused to service my furnace.but not until after asking where I live, which is roughly 6 miles from their shop (and they've been here before). I will never call them again.

The man did a very good job. He explained everything to us. And he also said when we're ready to put our dishwasher in he will do it for us. I can't wait, yeahhhhh. I will recommend them if anyone ask me for a plumber.

Don't bother, they will waste your time and drag their feet. Their total lack of communication with the customer grinds their already pathetically slow service to a complete halt.
