It all starts with a phone call. and a kind voice on the other end. I needed help and Kayla seems to answer every time I call. Tyler came to my condo as I have a particular small compacted hvac system. He has experience working with national comfort as many do not. The last guy who came to resolve my issue just put easy seal on it because he didn't want to do the work. Tyler diagnosed my problem then gave me a resolution. He was honest, fair, and professional. I can't say enough good things about my experience and look forward for them to help with future repairs!

Our heating system went down. Sales responded immediately. Installation staff was great! Luke and Jason removed the old unit and installed the new one. Steve worked on some duct work. Gary also contributed to the installation. Luke and Jason first thing they did was put down floor covering. Very polite and worked the entire time. Took the time to explain a new digital thermostat. After the hottest day of the year, thus far, 6/18/21, my A/C unit decides to stop working. After a miserable night of extreme heat, I called Kirkwood Heating and Air Conditioning around 6:30am on a Saturday morning. Their technician, Kevin, arrived at my home in about 40 minutes. He was able to get us squared away in no time. Because of the circumstances, I wasn't really worried about the price, but the fact that Kevin came out so quickly, I would recommend their services to anyone. Thanks Kevin!

Collin and Jeff were assigned to install a new heater at my house. Not only did they do the job efficiently and professionally, they were also personable and cool to talk to. Care was taken on little things like using drop cloths to not get the house dirty, meticulous post-installation cleanup, and a crash course in operating the system and reading basic codes from it etc. Basically, KHAC and its people in the field rock.

Chris was great to deal with and was very informative. He walked us through multiple scenarios with advice to which units were recommended and - are you ready for this- his recommendation was NOT the most expensive way to go, and then, the other two new unit install guys were perfect! These guys are very knowledgeable, professional, and friendly people in every facet, thanks guys/gals for making this as convenient, quickly installed, and comfortable in St. Louis smack dab in the middle of June!

Kirkwood Heating & Air Conditioning are efficient, friendly, available and helpful. We have used their services for years and have always found them to take care of our needs. Our AC was out due to a power issue. They were able to fix the issue which included out sump pump outage. I highly recommend them.

We have been dealing with KHAC since moving to Kirkwood about 12 years ago. They put in my heating and cooling systems at that time and I believe Chris was working for them then. Chris has maintained our system each Spring and Fall and we have not had one issue with the system to date. Grant you the system is great, however, we believe Chris's attention to detail has been exemplary and has had much to do with it's being great!

Mike and Jeff were fantastic. I had a furnace issue and Kirkwood Heating sent someone the same day and diagnosed the problem. I didn't have to wait days to have the issue resolved as Mike and Jeff came out the very next day and completed the work. I am really happy with Krikwood Heating and Air Conditioning!
