After being quoted $18,000 to have all of my units replaced by a different company; I called Kennedy. They had Jason out to quote me the next day. (it was a great price too!) The office staff were so kind and helpful, both Tina and Marygrace are lovely. The installation ran smoothly, the crew answered all of our questions. Overall, I'm confident in recommending Kennedy Air Conditioning.

This is a company that's done over $25,000 at work on my house and I haven't had any problems until recently. They sent a technician to do a diagnostics on my heat pump. The first technician couldn't even access the high and low pressure so I had to call someone else out. The next technician then stated that I need a new fan, which I'd already told them I needed a new fan and quoted me 540. the second technician then also said that I probably needed two to three pounds of freon because it stated it was low on his gauges. he then said they also needed to clean one side of the coil and that would be $150.

He stayed at the all told it would be probably $1,000 and I should consider just getting a new system. I called Bob and Ed's out as they have done some work for my neighbor. They replace the fan for less than $500 and everything works beautifully and cool well. When I have people work for me, trusting them has Paramount's and I can clearly no longer trust this company. they initially said they would reverse the diagnostic charge, but then apparently changed their minds without notifying me. I would strongly recommend not using this company anymore.

I don't generally review companies but I have to give these guys 5 stars. Not only did they do everything I needed, they did it well and for a very fair price. Additionally, they took the extra time to do it right and make it "pretty". Even ran into an unforeseen issue, told me about it and told me the solution. After dealing with other contractors I was nervous and asked "does this raise my price". I was told "no sir, we bid the job and will stick to our price just letting you know we have to do some more work". Just downright exceptional people from sales to service.

They came out put 5 lbs of Freon in at a cost of $550. Next morning no air came out repaired leak $400 more. should of check for leaks 1st time. 4 hours system stopped cooling. 3rd call no charge but told unit needed to be replace. Technician said he would have sales call and give a estimate. No call had to call myself guy said he couldn't come until next day. Had to call again left message they called back 4 hours later saying they would be out maybe that afternoon. Told them I had 3 other quotes and gave order to 1 of them.

My ac went out yesterday and I called everyone and everyone told me end of next week but Kennedy said they would have someone to my house the next day and they did! It was a easy fix for the gentleman that came out and he showed me what was wrong and fixed it in no time! I'm more than happy with the service and will be calling them again! Thank you!

Great service. I signed up for their service contract, in which they come check things out at my house twice a year. I also bought a brand new unit for a rental home I own and the price was really good. Installation was awesome--not a scrap of garbage left behind. This is my go-to ac company.

Rich came out and gave us a killer deal on a complete mid-range tier Lennox unit, to replace our 20+ y/o one. It was also during the heat of summer, when they could have easily yoked the price up. Instead, they gave us one of, if not the best, A/C units, manifold, and all necessary equipment for the install, at an unbelievable rate! They also gave us free R-22 freon (VERY expensive), at no cost, until our unit came in!

Best part: his installers fixed our shoddy ducting system, at NO EXTRA COST! Any time somebody asks us about climate control in LR, we immediately direct them to Kennedy! Thanks guys!

I wanted to like this company, which was recommended by a friend. However, I found them all too eager to come out on the weekend (much higher labor charge) but unavailable to provide service to our broken a.c. unit until the end of the following week. As I was a repeat customer, I expected better service. Luckily, I found another local company which came right out and fixed it.

I have been a customer with Kennedy AC for years. What we like best about them is that I have had the same service man all this time and he really takes care of my ac system. Also, they are cheap.
