Keller supply was great when I was picking out everything I needed for a bathroom remodel but when we had two problems with items we ordered they were less than helpful. We spent a lot of money at Keller and had terrible service. They did not return calls, I got excuses like "the computer was down". I basically had to contact Kohler and Robern myself to resolve the two issue. both of these companies told me that the store where I purchased the product should be helping me with the problem.

I ended up ordering the kit for hanging two medicine cabinets from Build.com which is Fergusons. When we remodel the guest bathroom I am going to use Ferguson's. I just believe that Keller does not want to help anyone who is doing their own contracting. They actually have a large sign "we take care of the industry first". this business is a joke. To this day I have not heard a work about the kit to hang the medicine chest i purchased from Keller. Buyer beware!

The company itself has most of materials that plumbers need but the customer service is horrible. Prices are not cheap but plumbing is not cheap anyways so I can understand. Whenever I go there I get the feeling like the employees at the counter don't care about their job. With online sales on the rise, companies should put more effort on customer service in physical stores.

Keller Supply is the kind of supplyhouse that does not want to sell to DIYers. I needed a couple specialized parts for an HVAC install; I came in (with part numbers!) for a brand their website claims they carry and the counter guy on the phone flat-out told me he'd never heard of that brand. Clearly they don't want the business.

This all occurred before the COVID stay safe/stay at home order + this Kohler showroom is still open during the pandemic (?): I have tried to contact both Kohler and Keller Corporate and the store directly without a calls (10+ with no return call) or emails (5+) returned for the last 6 weeks: When I am not at the hospital taking care of COVID patients I am trying to get the manager of this stores to honor her word.

The only time I am able to talk to my sales associate is when she answers the phone/my 10+ calls are never returned. I ordered Kohler shower heads, tub, and shower doors and had them professionally installed. Unfortunately, my sales associate ordered the wrong shower door (frosted vs clear). I have proof the wrong door was ordered. The manager said the store would pay to have the new doors installed since it was their mistake.

The manager is now stating (phone message via my sales associate) I am responsible for paying to re-install the door they incorrectly ordered. Remember, this is after the manager had told me the new install was no problem since it was their mistake. Since then no calls or emails are returned. There is no way that I can get a full time contractor to come out to install two sliding shower doors. I've tried.

In addition, the videos to install look way too complicated for average person. Kohler is a very successful company. Consider the optics of not helping customer making less than 100K a year for a mistake made by the store. Every shift I come home and take a (frosted door) shower after work to clean all the germs off me reminds me how dishonest the store has been and how they can't even be decent enough to return my calls.

Kellers location might be hard to find but they deliver the best brands and personalized service! I was looking for a higher quality bathroom fixtures than I could find at Home Depot and Lowe's. I looked high and low and eventually found Keller! Stephanie was so helpful by showing me through the extensive high-end Kohler and Grohe fixtures. Assembling my dream bathroom was easy with her help. I totally recommended Keller for quality products and personal service! Ask for Stephanie!

My husband said he found this great place for our bathroom remodel to get fixtures and supplies. After going to other places already I was tired and cranky but I am so glad we went. It's tucked away in the magnolia area but we walked in and I could immediately tell these fixtures were higher end - and the prices weren't that much more than the Home Depot and way better quality.

So thankful that Stephanie was there to help us out and included me in all the conversations - rather than ignore me like can usually happen at other stores where they only talk to the man.

Wow, just wow. I typically only write reviews when I have a stellar experience because I want to applaud good customer service and I want others to experience it. When I have a bad experience, I just let it go and never visit that establishment again. This is an exception to that rule because it was just that bad. Doing a basement remodel which involves adding a bathroom - so I visited to browse bath fixtures and was particularly interested in Delta vs. Grohe.

Upon my first visit, I walked the entire store for 10-15 mins without being greeted by anyone. Which didn't bother me because I like to browse uninterrupted. When I walked up to the counter to ask questions, I was greeted with a straight face woman with a serious attitude. No smile, no "how can I help". She was not interested in answering my questions and told me they didn't have brochures for either Grohe or Delta.

I pointed to fixtures that I was interested in but she refused to get out of her chair and show me other options or simply to have a discussion. Against my better judgement, I went again because I live close-by and it is convenient. Hoping I'd get a better salesperson this time. No luck. Somehow, this gal had even more attitude - gave me dirty looks, huffed at my questions and made me feel like I was stupid.

Of course I don't know anything about bath fixtures, that's why I am here. I have been to many showrooms like this, and understand that they are used to working with contractors and designers, but never have I been treated like this (actually have had some really wonderful experiences). BTW: the woman from my first visit was there, putting on makeup, in plain sight, where customers could see. The people who run this place are just plain rude. Simply put. Save yourself the stress.

I did a bunch of research when it came time to replace our sink and toilet and settled on Kohler. We have an unusual rough in size and it was difficult to find a toilet that would work. I followed Kohler's website to Keller and worked with Lindsey W. I was concerned, since I wasn't ordering from the same line, that they'd be different colors.

I was also worried about using Kohler's adapter on the rough in. Lindsey was very helpful, and called Kohler directly to make sure that all the pieces we were discussing would work for our situation. Though we ended up having a plumber install everything for us, she also made sure to include all the various parts we'd need to do it ourselves (our original plan), including a quality wax ring (per the plumber - who knew?!) that I knew nothing about.

When it turned out we were missing some small bolt covers, I contacted her and she immediately placed a replacement order with Kohler. Throughout she's been super responsive, nice, and helpful. Our plumber asked where we got our supplies and when we said Keller, he said they were great, which I think is also worth something.

Very helpful staff who knew what they were talking about! I came in for a master bath remodel, and had absolutely no idea what I was doing. The staff was so kind and took me step by step to ensure I got fixtures that matched and that I genuinely enjoyed. I admit, it was quite overwhelming (who knew there was so much that went into a bathroom!) It looks a little run-down from the outside, but the fixtures displayed inside are vast. 5 stars

Absolutely the worst experience. Disinterested staff who we spent 45 minutes with picking out fixtures for our remodel. A week later we still had not received the estimate. My wife phoned and left a message for the sales person. Never heard back from her. A week later we stopped in to the showroom and spoke with the rep who assured us she would send out the estimate that day. Never heard from her. A waste of time. We had a far better experience at Fixture Gallery in Greenwood where we purchased from. Great staff there.

I am so disappointed! Terrible customer service and little to no follow up. Every time I visit the showroom or call to follow up on my orders, the associates act like I am interrupting their time and have an attitude. I will never purchase from there again! Cindy Grinold was our showroom rep, and she was disappointing to work with. Very little communication, and I had to constantly chase her to get an update.

Don't waist your time going here. I am remodeling two bathrooms and a kitchen so was looking for one place to purchase all. I called to see if I needed an appointment to visit the show room, they said no. I got a babysitter for my toddler and infant in arms I drove over there. Once I showed up, no one even greeted me and everyone was to busy to spend time with me or even answer a few questions.

The show room, has no info displayed on the items there, so browsing the stuff, was useless as well. I understand they have different prices, but at least dimensions, model # and color names would have helped. They were rude about the fact that I didn't have an appointment and that my contractor was not with me. After attempting to work with them for 2 hours, it was obvious my time (with infant in hand) was completely wasted. Rude and snobby people. Once I asked to speak to the manager, it turns out it was the manager that was so rude and had no time for new customers.

Excellent service at Interbay location. I needed a patch kit for a 1992 European sink. Very hard to find stuff. The manufacturer and the N. American distributor told me the color could not be matched. I visited Keller Supply Interbay in Seattle and spoke 2 helpful associates. One associate offered to track down the color. She asked insightful questions about the product. Based on my responses and photos of the markings on this sink, this associate identified the color and ordered a patch kit so that I can repair the damage to the sink. Keller staff communicated a 'can do' attitude. I really appreciate this service and will return as a customer to Keller Supply.

We have had a fantastic experience with Keller. Ask for Sanja Stevens. She was very helpful with finding what we wanted, researching all of the parts, and helping with any of the issues that went wrong -- fantastic customer service. We bought from them to remodel our entire house, and couldn't have been happier. They stood behind everything we bought, and really went above and beyond.

Used them with the recommendation of my plumber. Had to replace faucets and fixtures in the kitchen and multiple baths. I called to see if I could get an appointment, and Geraldine said she could squeeze me in, so I enjoyed picking out everything. The trouble came when THEY placed the wrong order. Not only did they charge me a restocking fee, they told the plumber that I had just showed up and had not had an appointment!

It didn't matter that I had the paperwork showing that they had made the mistake, not me, I still had to pay the restock fee. Extremely poor service once they have your money. Don't even bother with this place. I eventually found the last fixtures (the ones they had ordered wrong) on EBay for a great price (half theirs) with excellent customer support.

Try to buy elsewhere. It's a great showroom and accommodating staff when one is buying a product. BUT if something goes wrong they will not help you. They refuse to admit fault & really don't care. This was my second purchase, the first was a great but on the second time they ordered the wrong products. I was lucky, I documented my order and had proof it was their fault not my contractor.

They refuse to even talk to me and kept saying we can't help you. Exceptionally rude customer service when it comes to problems. Why a company refuses to accept responsibility is beyond me. Their loss, I used them for my bathrooms but plan to go elsewhere for renovations on my kitchen.

Really helpful people, and they don't try to push you into buying more expensive fixtures than you can afford. I've dealt with them for two different bathrooms and wouldn't hesitate to go there again.

Today in 35 mintues I was finished choosing items for my new bathroom. Amazing, experience with consultant, Geraldine, mature, experienced saleslady with no pressure to buy the more costly products. Quality & satisfaction. Actually bought more than planned because of the ease in process. I'll be back for the next project & won't bother even looking at that Ferguson place close to me. I knew what I wanted, the price I was willing to pay, even if it might be a little more than planned. 5 Stars from me.

Terrible service when there were problems they shucked us off on the mfg rather than facilitate solving the problem.high end pricing and low end customer service.
