I have a maintenance contract which is nice because it's one less thing to worry about with my AC unit and generator. I just had some work done to replace my AC unit and ductwork. The work was done exactly to my needs. Very professional, quick, and friendly. Highly recommend for any HVAC service!

I truly enjoy when a project manager/sales rep tells you what you can't afford. The gentlemen walked right into my house straight to the unit and never asked me what I was looking to achieve. After a quick look at my unit, he advised me that he couldn't help me because the unit was fueled by oil. I explained to him that I was looking to convert to gas and showed him where the gas line was located.

That's when I shared the whole project(update the heating and add AC) with the gentlemen. He explained to me that what I was looking to do was too expensive and I should just leave the heating unit as is and just add AC. He gave me a price range of $16K-$50k! Based on his body language and the way he handle the appointment, there's two things that I would assume.

Either this guy hates his job, or Keil's is too busy for additional work. I would not waste your time getting an estimate from this company. I wasted an hour of my day and now I'm trying to schedule another company to come to provide me with an estimate. This is something I need done asap! Thank you for your quick response! However, nothing you shared in your response were shared with me at the time of my appointment. Furthermore, there's nothing wrong with the pipes, as the house was just purchased and a complete inspection was performed. Also, isn't it your responsibility to ask the proper questions to help avoid wasting anyone's time!

We experienced a critical breakdown of our existing heating system during some of the coldest days of 2022 and within 48 hours KEIL came to our home for an assessment and was able to replace the entire unit. Their service men were professional, courteous, and did an excellent job installing the system in a challenging crawl space. The office representatives were empathetic, understood and relayed the urgency, and could not have been more caring. I would recommend KEIL for any and all HVAC needs!

We've been a customer for years but my father always had the interaction with them. Last week my mom who's in her 70s complained she had no heat in the house. With the upcoming storm we promptly called KEIL the next morning and Anthony showed up on the same day and provided 2 options to fix/replace the heating unit. We decided to replace the old unit and they came back the following morning and installed a brand new unit within a few hours right before the snow storm. Couldn't have asked for better service. Would highly recommend their services again & again.

Overall great experience as usual. Excellent communication through phone and email. The techs are all great at what they do. YANG was great! He performed maintenance on our heating system, explained everything very well, gave a recommendation for a repair and even set the next appointment for repair! Keil scheduled the appointment to replace the furnace right when we needed it. The Keil team was on site on time. They were very professional, courteous, efficient and thorough. Once they were on site WE ASKED them if they could also replace the hot water heater and they added that to the work order for the day. All the work was completed ahead of schedule. Keil performed a conversion from oil to a multi direct vent gas/hot water system. They also installed a central air conditioning system in my home which did not have the necessary ducts & vents. Just had a new AC unit installed by Keil. Wade, Charlie, and Tyler did a fantastic job with the install, despite tricky access to our home's attic.
