I've used Jordan's for ten years for routine service. Recently my 22 year boiler began to leak. Bill recommended replacing the bookle sooner than longer. I reached out to three different local companies for a quote. I was shocked how unprofessional some people were (50 minutes late, never showed, never called back, insane prices). I called Jordan's to schedule the replacement and let them know my water was not that warn. They came to my house and replaced the boiler the next day! Very professional, clean and the boiler looks and works as it should.

On Christmas Eve we had our boiler fail and our regular technician came out to assess the issue. He determined that a full replacement was required. The day following Christmas we began making phone calls. Because it was a holiday I talked to very few people and left several messages. When I called Jordan Signature Heating, Anita picked up right away and passed the phone to Bill.
I explained the situation to him and he said he would be able to come out that day to look over the situation. After meeting with Bill I knew that he was someone that I wanted to have my business. Bill began moving his other appointments around so that he would be able to start work the very next day. In the morning Bill had talked to the supply shops and found an adequate replacement and had it delivered before noon.
He stared working on removing the old boiler and was joined by his son-in-law Jared to work on the install. Although he didn't need to, Bill was able to troubleshoot the reason the old boiler had failed. Bill and his team worked all day and by 7 that night the house was warming up and Bill was heading home to his own family. My family and I could not have been happier with the results and the quality of service and professionalism that Jordan Signature Heating provided.
I would highly recommended their services in the future to anyone looking for a talented honest professional to replace or service their equipment. The other companies did eventually return my calls but I was happy to tell them that the work had already been completed.
