In the past, an addition, office, garage or other living space without access to ducting was kept cool by loud, unsightly window and floor units. The noise almost made the conditioned air not worth it. Maybe you're thinking, "I still use a window unit." Well guess what? Those days can be over with a ductless air conditioning and heating system!

Mike was honest, efficient, knowledgeable and professional! He totally exceeded our expectations and installed both our heating and AC systems at a fair price. He had been maintaining our aging systems for quite a while but when we finally pulled the trigger to have both systems installed he went above and beyond for us. I would absolutely recommend John Lamb and Son for any HVAC work.

We have used only John Lamb & Son for our HVAC spring/fall system checks for many years. When it came time to replace our heating and cooling system, their quote came in substantially less. They are always on time, very professional and work only on our job until it is completed. We recently had them install a ductless mini split AC system to our 2nd floor and they went above and beyond with scheduling and completed the job thoroughly just in time for a long heat wave. Highly recommended!

I have been using this business for the entire 30+ years I have lived here. Mike Lamb has taken over for his dad, John, and they are everything you'd want for HVAC service. Thorough, knowledgeable, trustworthy, attentive and very fairly priced. I'm a big fan of supporting independent contractors rather than big regional companies, and John Lamb & Son is the perfect example of why. It's nice to have a personal relationship with those you do business with!
