Late in summer and very hot days. Our a/c goes down and our customers are sweating bullets. JEM helped us get back up and running. Thank you very much for wasting 3+ weeks of my time to ultimately decide to not do the work on my warranty claim (SCCM4Z86MJ-1). This company is horrible to work with, no one knows what's going on when you call, they don't know how to send a report to a warranty company and they have poor communication skills. I was told numerous times between May 17th (day or inspection for my claim) and today that I would get a call back, never happened. AVOID AT ALL COSTS! The service tech that came to my house was knowledgeable though. I believe Jeff was his name.

When our heat went out, JEM was at our house within a few hours. The repair man was polite and quick.

JEM has been servicing our A/C for 12years. They are always prompt, professional, and very reasonably priced. In fact on the morning of our move, the compressor died and they had aservice tech out and replaced the selanoid by 8am. Left 4 GEM fridge magnets to let new owners know the ONLY company to call.

I wanted auxiliary heat added to my a/c unit. It was a problem job, because I already had radiant floor heat running to my thermostat. They got creative and figured out a simple solution. The employee who came out was professional and courteous. On top of that, the price was very reasonable. Thanks for a job well done.

JEM has been our "go-to" heating and cooling company for 10+ years. The owner and technicians are very knowledgeable, thorough and courteous. The fees they charge are reasonable and they do not try to gouge their customers. The owner, Mike, has gone above and beyond the call of duty for our family - coming out on a holiday (July 4th) for an emergency situation at our home and other such incidents in the past (the most recent time was 2-3 months ago).

The company's technicians are knowledgeable about heating and cooling from the most modern equipment and technology to older heating systems with radiators used to heat a Victorian era home. I would never hesitate to recommend JEM Heating and Air Conditioning to friends and family!

Cannot hook up a thermostat for a heat pump. When they wired it the first time they connected the normal and electrical backup heat to the same wire, meaning that it ran inefficiently all winter. In the spring the AC didn't cool the house because it was running both the AC and electrical backup heat, so I called them to fix their original mistake. JEM refused to so much as discount the service bill for the second trip, despite their mistake causing the problem in the first place. I won't give them a third chance.
