I have lived in Exton for more than fifty years and had occasion to use many services of the area during that time. I discovered and used James Brown Plumbing Heating and AC servicers for the first time 8 years ago and I have used them ever since. Best Plumbing Company around. Our house goes on the Market the day after Thanksgiving and our water heater started leaking. The owner himself came out and installed the new heater the day before Thanksgiving. His work is great. Thank you Mr. Brown Service: Heating system repair

Came home from shore at 8:00pm to a 86 degree house and AC not working. Reached out to Scott and his team to see when a service technician could come out. A technician arrived before 8am the next morning and fixed the issue before 9:00am. Great response time and customer service. Thank you! I highly recommend your services!

James Brown plumbing is my go to when we have any plumbing issue at our home. They are often able to come out same day, stick to the appointment times, and are clear and straightforward about what needs to be done. The prices are not the lowest around, but they are not exorbitant. The quality of service is definitely worth what you pay. If a job is too big for them (like when our sewer main pipe was crumbling and needed to be replaced) they recommended another company that turned out great. I have used them for over 6 years and have never been disappointed.

Scot Brown and I met at a networking event called LeTip. I immediately knew he was a trust worthy guy. I had them come out and do service on my town house and the guy who came out as great. Very personable, friendly, clean and timely. He didn't judge me for the "dumb" questions I was asking either. I had an emergency with my boiler at another property and it had stopped working on a Thursday afternoon.

I called around 3PM and Scott had someone out Friday morning and got it back running by 9AM. Their service is fantastic and I would recommend these guys to anyone and everyone.

The "Hardest Working Man In Plumbing". I had them put in a water heater in a tight spot. Shopped around and got a couple quotes. They were the best and they did a great job, no complications no worries. They seemed very trustworthy and did a quality job, I will definitely be a return customer.

I was a new customer and contacted them at 11AM and they sent a technician to my house by 1PM same day. EXCELLENT customer service and the technician, Mr. Phil Duffy, was professional, courteous and thorough. I would HIGHLY recommend this company.

These other reviews are spot on. Jim and Scott worked on the AC unit in my condo. A discontinued part was needed to be found, bought and then installed. Their service was fantastic and made it feel like they were your brother/uncle/dad working on your house. Their pricing was more than fair as well. I have mentioned them to my coworkers and would totally recommend giving these guys a shot if you live in the West Chester/North Mainline area.

James Brown did what Horizon didn't and that is to treat their customers fairly and with exceptional service. We called Horizon who we have a maintenance contract with because of a problem with the furnace. We were told that the furnace was completely shot and needed to be replaced. Before leaving the technician arranged an appointment for the following day with the Horizon furnace sales team.

He left me with this bleak news and in a cold house with a young family. Thankfully Scott from James brown was here within an hour and told us that this was not the case and although the furnace would need replacing he could restore the heat and order the damged part in the meantime. thank you and well done. consider me a loyal customer. Shame on you Horizon
