HVAC has generally taken care of us. Recently we needed a part for a pretty new unit we had bought from them. They didn't have it in stock and wouldn't help us out on expedited shipping. So I bought it from another vendor that stocked it. HVAC says they only stock the parts that there's a demand for, and that's fine. But if they aren't willing to help us out in the rare occasion that a part fails, I will buy units from vendors that do stock parts instead.
