Had an absolutely fantastic experience with Humbert Heating. Called on Tuesday because our home boiler went out. They were at my home that day. We needed a whole new system. They had it delivered and installed by Thursday! I love to support local family businesses and they did not disappoint.

They installed a ductless system for reasonable price and also checked out our heating system because we had a concerning noise coming from it. The receptionist is very nice as well. We needed a new air conditioning unit. Humbert was 1 of 3 bids. They were not the least or most expensive. Rather right in the middle of the cost spectrum. Ray does the quotes himself and I appreciated the time he spent explaining options and the unit in general. I was able to be scheduled promptly and without issue. I had initially given this a 5 star review at the promise of a $50 pre-paid visa but having never received that pre-paid visa, am lowering the review. I had a furnace replaced. The work was reasonable and timely. The woman that handles the calls is very helpful and knowledgeable.

Humbert Heating and Air conditioning was our Hero! Our AC broke during 95 degree weather and I we have an infant and a 1 1/2 old at home. Humbert gave us the most reasonable estimate like 2-3000 less than the competitors. It was a no brainer, not only were the reasonable in price they got us scheduled within a week. They were prompt and very professional. I will definitely recommend them to family and friends!

We had Humbert Heating and AC install our new air conditioner. Ray and Mike did our installation. Within a few hours of calling, Mr. Humbert came to our house to give us a quote. The quote was reasonable (way below the other quote we got) and they were able to come to install it within the week. It was extremely hot that week, so we were very grateful!

They took care to install it in a way that was easy for us to access it and made sure our unit was elevated, unlike the previous one. Ray ans Mike we're both very nice and courteous! After 25 years, we felt our American Standard air conditioning unit was getting close to the end so we reached out to Ray for a replacement. He gave us a quote and had the unit replaced promptly. We can't be any more pleased with Ray and his staff. Over the years they have always made sure we received prompt and professional service at a reasonable cost. Humbert Heating was by far the BEST to work with. They were up front and honest about everything regarding our old units and the best options to take in replacing them. They actually listened to the customer concerns and questions. (I had other contractors not even come to the house for a walk through of the units). They were super easy to work with and got the job done fast. (Event though at the time it was hard to get units they still made it happen in a timely manner).

We needed to have both our AC and furnace replaced in Fall of 2020. An associate of my spouse recommended Humbert Heating and AC. Ray stopped by and gave us a quote which was half of a local competitor in Beaver County, PA. The furnace quote was for a single stage unit while the unit to be replaced was a two stage. Ray said that we did not need a two stage.

We questioned it but he convinced us. The single stage worked fine and provided good heating for half the price. While we were prepared to have the AC installed at the same time Ray recommended we hold off until the spring for purposes of the warranty which we did. He had it installed within a few weeks of the phone call. His AC was half the price of the other competitor. I highly recommend Humbert Heating and AC.
