We have been customers of Huckleberry Propane and Oil since we moved to Loudon, NH just about a year ago. Deliveries have always gone smoothly and customer service is always pleasant. They have also handled service on our old furnace!

When Dave was with us things were much better, now if a 70 year old man with athsmah and lung disease does not keep the path clear enough to keep the drivers booties dry, we get a hater card and denial of service 3 days after the path to dry booties was cleared. Used to be a great company.

The office people are always very friendly, and I usually get the same driver, Ron (which is nice to have the same familar face) who is also friendly and helpful in any way! These guys are top notch and ontop of scheduling of deliveries! Thanks guys for keeping us toasty in this cold weather.

Totally angry at the incompetence of the office staff. Again this year they messed up the furnace cleaning. Called on May 3, at 2:52 pm to schedule my cleaning. I was told it would be the second called of the day. Jump to today and for the 3rd year in a row they don't have it in the books. Do they not write down scheduled times when they talk on the phone? So disappointed in the poor service. Obviously need some customer service training for staff.

As a new customer of Huckleberry, I would just like to say a big Thank You for top notch customer service. My underground propane tank install went perfectly, and every one of your employees that I have dealt with, from Pam in the office, to Jake, Ronnie, Harvey and every one else that helped went above & beyond to be sure I was satisfied. It's refreshing to know that in today's world there are still businesses around that value their customers! Thanks again!

I had an issue with my pressure relief valve on my boiler I called in the morning and by the night time it was fixed I spoke with the technician who was extremely knowledgeable and explained everything to me in layman's terms. Glad to have them in town!

I am very impressed with Huckleberry. My boyfriend and I are fairly new to Concord, approaching two years now. The previous owners of our home suggested Huckleberry as one of their fuel sources, so we started there with kerosene deliveries. We didn't stop there, our furnace went and we had Huckleberry take care of it for us, which they did expediently and with professionalism. Nick was especially pleasant to work with (and knowledgeable!) But the office has always been pleasant, as well. The price point is very reasonable.

I've been buying heating oil from Huckleberry for several years now and have always had a great experience dealing with them. Friendly staff every single time I've called the office with a question or an order to fill, prompt service, competitive prices, and the driver is always friendly (even when he's having to back up my steep, icy driveway mid-winter). I've also had them service my oil boiler and it's always run great under their care.

We recently purchased a home 6 months ago in which Huckleberry oil did the prior service on our furnace. We are now having issues with our furnace. I called for a service call and spoke with Matt. After I explained the situation to him he rudely said call someone else because we didn't purchase fuel from them and hung up. People like them give the service industry a bad name.

I understand that the companies are busier than ever however, what happens when it slows down and they are looking for business, what about customer service? Very disappointed.

First let me start by saying I had been a customer at Huckleberry for over 20+ years and started using them when I bought my first home in Boscawen back it 1999. I am all about supporting local business. But. not when I am treated rudely. Despite my mom running out of oil, it took a LONG time to get an oil delivery. No emergency service was even offered! AND then when it didn't show up and they kept telling me, tomorrow, tomorrow, AND treated rudely!

I switched. A special note here, Matt the office manager, could use a little empathy and customer service skills. I understand it takes a hard person to collect payment for the bill side of things, but maybe that person should not be working the customer service phones if they lack customer service skills! When I called inquiring about my delivery and where it was: Me in a nice person voice: "Hi, this is George and was wondering if I could get an update on my delivery." Matt in a rude, inconsiderate voice: "Ummmm, I'm going to need a bit more information than that!" Maybe next time you could just ask kindly for my last name?

Maybe kindly ask for my account number? Maybe kindly ask for my address? Maybe. just be kind! He can be rude, and abrasive. And if you ever had trouble paying your bill, even if it was SEVERAL years ago, it is like an act of god, to get an ounce of respect again. If you EVER get it back! Don't even get me started on the service guy! So, I have used the only power I have as a customer and decided to FIRE them! AND they are more expensive than the competition. AND when I told them I have decided to switch and why, they actually could have cared less. So there is my two cents on Huckleberry Propane & Oil LLC. Thank you for your time!

I know what having bad experiences are like with oil and heating companies. This company IS NOT one of them. Went with Huckleberry via a referral, switching from a different company and I'm glad I did. Upon getting my new tanks installed their techs did it in sub freezing temps and found a propane leak IN OUR HOUSE left from the last company. I always suspected we had a leak because of the amount of fuel being used, previous company said we didn't, or simply knew we did and didnt repair keeping themselves in business. Huckleberry put our new tanks in and fixed the leak free of charge. Matt is always quick and easy to deal with.

One email and I have a delivery set up for the week. Not next week or "when we have time". Always asks me when I'd like to make a payment. I've asked them to push the payment out once due to lack of available funds and they did. We typically pay on time however because they offer a discount when paid within 14 days. Had my furnace go out last winter on a Sunday. Called and they had a tech out within an hour and was fixed that day. All around, good service.
