Quickly diagnosed problem, got needed part and water heater works great. Tech was friendly and price was as good as any in my area.

Howell Services, what can I say. Professional, polite, respectful, and very knowledgeable. JR came out to our home to evaluate the problem was very courteous and professional. On the day of installation JR and crew arrived at our door- I had a very good impression of them. I also wanted to thank Howell Services for the awesome price on our new system that they gave us.

After a horrible experience with another company (JM).we called Howell! They came out right away.so knowledgeable and didn't try and oversell us! Needed to have the kitchen faucet replaced.remove builders grade faucet and replace. Pete arrived with his helper (Stephen) on time and completed the job in less than an hour. Both were professional and friendly. I am thankful that there are still skilled young men helping people who are older and cannot flex and crawl around the floor.

Woke up with no a/c, called their office after reading their reviews. Very professional person answered, took basic information and was able to schedule an appointment a few hours from my call. We've used Howell Services several times over the years. From installing new water lines and sewer repairs in our late 1960's farm house. Recently our 15+ year old A/C system decided to quit. Ron came out after hours and tried his best to keep it running until we could get it replaced. He was able to quickly provide us with multiple options on new systems and which would be best for our type of house and layout.

He was very knowledgeable on this. Turns out we were the "guinea pigs" for a new Comfort Sync A3 thermostat that is fresh of the market and I can say that so far we couldn't be happier. Not to mention paring this new system with new spray insulation in the attic (that was much needed) we can really tell the difference in the new system and the old system.

The whole staff was great. We had a serious sewer line issue that involved digging up some pipe and fittings. Ron and his staff did an awesome job getting us fixed up in a very reasonable amount of time. We will definitely make them our go-to company for all of our plumbing needs for our home and business.

I was extremely impressed with Howell Plumbing. This was the first time we have used this company. I had a Plumbing leak over the weekend and left a message. Melissa promptly returned my call first thing Monday morning. Keith came out that afternoon. He was even able to come earlier than originally scheduled which made me very happy. He was courteous, professional, prompt and thorough. He was able to do the repair in the same trip and left the site extremely clean. Great company and great guy!

Very professional service and follow up from owners and technicians. Built a new home and Howell Services did all the new plumbing and HVAC. Everything went smoothly from planning, installation, and follow thru. All praises from our builder as well. He will be using them for future builds. Let's just add another 1 star rating to there already growing list of 1 star ratings. when you come into another person's business and knock something over on the floor, pick it up! don't just leave it there on the floor along with the door open and lights on! that is not how you found it! very unprofessional group of misfits here at howell services! would not recommend to anyone! ever!

I have used Howell Services for several years at my home, business and fraternal organization's building. They are always fast, friendly and very professional. They go above and beyond to assure that the customer has the best experience possible. Customer service is high on their priority list. Ron and Melissa and their crew are great folks to work with. I recommend them to all of my friends and family.

I find them very professional, have used them only for the HVAC that they installed. John Boyd did a great job installing the board and motor that failed under warranty.

I learned about Howell Services from friends who were pleased with their work. I called last August to have my A/C serviced. I was very satisfied with their work and felt I could ask John to give me an estimate to replace my very old unit. He gave me several options to choose from and I didn't feel pushed at all to make a decision right away.

In November, I called the office and the staff were able to pull up my records and give me the same information and quotes John and I had discussed in August. I scheduled the installment for December and it went very smoothly. Everyone was great to work with and I'm satisfied with both their price and workmanship.

These guys do awesome quality work! They've worked on my house, my family's houses and I use them on my projects as well! They really are the good guys your friends tell you about!

I called Howell Services for a plumber to replace my kitchen faucet because it wouldn't stop leaking. The plumber came, and told me to go to Home Depot and buy the faucet kit, which I did. While I was gone, the plumber gave my husband a quote of over $800 for the work. My husband complained that it was too much. The plumber said they charge by the job, not by the labor or parts. Then, after talking to his boss as Howell, the plumber quoted my husband a price of $589.

I came home with the parts and was outraged that the plumber would wait until I left to talk price with my husband. I would have told him "NO Thank-you" This plumber was very deceptive, and the person on the phone kept repeating that they give quotes up-front. This was not the case at all! I will tell the truth about this company to the people at Curves, where I picked up the Howell Services business card. The public deserves to know the truth!

Ron Howell came to my home to replace two bathtub and kitchen items that another plumbing company in Sugar Land had just replaced about 2 years ago. Howell Services charged about the same as the last plumber, but Howell gave me a 2 year warranty on the bath items and a lifetime warranty on the kitchen item. I liked the fact that you know before he even arrives that there is a diagnostic service charge of $39.00.

After looking over the jobs, he then gives you an itemized invoice for the work that needs to be done. Then you can decide if you want him to do the work or not. There is no pressure. Also, there is a detailed price list right on his invoice, so you know he is giving you his standard charge. I will definitely phone him again for any plumbing problems.
