Called for service and Mr. Holliman said it would be that afternoon before he could come out. I text him at 3PM and asked if he was still coming and he responded that he wasn't because he was busy. He probably wouldn't have called me to let me know. Very poor customer service and not professional at all. You NEVER treat a customer this way!

I can't say enough good things about Mr. Clay Holliman to truly express our gratitude. I felt compelled to write this review for that reason. So, here goes I'll try. Mr. Holliman was very Professional & Knowledgeable on assisting us on the options that would best fit our home. (Lowest to highest quotes) We decided on the Dual Fuel Heating & Air. Mr. Holliman Installed the unit, duct work, vents & thermostat.

He went above & beyond by fixing a rusted gas line & only charged us for the parts. I Highly Recommend Hollimans Heating & Air Service for the Quality Work, Fair Pricing, Dedication & Hard Work that went into this job for us.

Because we have had various issues with the unit that was installed, I called out more than one hvac company to check it. I was advised that the unit that was installed was too large for the size of the house. Owner said problems were because duct work was not changed out. Well, I never recall being told, because this size unit is going to be installed, the duct work has to be replaced for it to work properly.

Mind you the sales rep and the installer were two different people. The unit does work, but again we have had various problems with it early on. My advice to anyone is this: Get several different quotes. Check with BBB for any complaints and the resolutions that a company gave. Ask very detailed questions, and get someone to come behind any company and check their work before 30 days are up.

Double check with your finance company and make sure you know how many days you have before any warranty or guarantee is up. Again people, do your research and homework before you hire any company. Update: It's good that you say that you will come out and check it, but when I called you (near the time it was installed) and left messages, I didn't get a follow up, so I just let it go. I found another company for service. Thank You

Mr. Holliman explain the differences in the systems that could be install and answered any questions I had in reaching my decision. He installed our system in a very reasonable amount of time in the middle of summer. We were very thankful and appreciated his quick respond time. Services: Install AC, Install thermostat

In 2011 i was really excited about getting a new air conditioner unit. Every since I had it has been one problem after other. I wish I would have known that an aircondintioner company did not work in the summertime. Keep in mind i got it installed in June. I have had compressor problems it keeps leaking and needs to get recharged every year. Its mighty funny you were willing to work in the heat last year when you said my cooling coil was the problem for a $1000.

When I told you I had a 10 year parts and labor contract that problem changed to something else. I guess the best time to call you Clay is when it's an ice storm outside. I'm just glad to know this is how you treat your customers and veterans. Have a nice day.

This is the company we used for the original installation of our air conditioning unit. When it wasn't working last night I called and left a message about having him come back out to service it. This morning he returned my call. I told him the system was obviously frozen but seemed to be working fine now (we'd followed the instructions of friend and were able to thaw the system).

I told him we still wanted to see about having it serviced though. He said ma'am, an air conditioning unit isn't like a car. You can't change it's oil or spark plugs. It doesn't require maintenance to work. It either works or it doesn't. I said fine, it works. So obviously all of those companies offering AC/Heating servicing are just ripping people off. Thanks for calling. It just really felt like he's one of those men that thinks all women are idiots. I seriously doubt he would have spoken to my husband in the same manner.
