We have trusted Highland for a few years now. They have maintained our older central unit for upstairs (retrofitted) and then installed a new central ac unit with ducts for our main floor in 2019. It has been working great! They have always been on time, courteous and efficient. HHH&C is great from install to repair and service! First, the installation of my heating and cooling system was great, fine tuned to my house, and overall an A+ job. Due to low temps, I had an issue with the pipe coming out of the of the condenser pump, freezing as the builder set it too close to the wall. It was, of course, the coldest day of the season. Called Joe and he immediately tried to diagnose the issue over the phone, sent one of his employees (Dan) who was great, professional and quickly solved the issue.

In minutes, my heat was on again and the problem was fixed and the pipe was moved away from the wall to prevent this from happening again. My family was very happy to see temps inside my house rose from the 50s to normal. I recommend them if you want value, quality of work and service, and professionalism.

Very professional and knowledgeable. Easy to reach and was able to get an appointment for the following week to service our furnace. They were really helpful in answering all my questions and were prompt, friendly and polite. So glad we found them! Highly recommend.

I was so happy recently to find out Joe started the company back up under his direction, I wish I would had discovered sooner though. We originally 10 years ago had Highland install our furnace and their service and responsiveness was always great. As soon as I realized the original management was back we called to have them service our furnace. Dan came and did an excellent job and explained everything very well.

We were very pleased with the new furnace and a.c. system that Highland replaced in our rental where my elderly father-in-law lives. Everything from the estimate by the owner to the actual installation work went smoothly. Highland's installers Beau & Chad were on-time, so courteous (my father-in-law was extremely impressed), and of course they did a great job.

I just wanted to say the Highland Team has been fantastic to work with! (again) On the day of our initial air conditioning service call Dan was here within 45 minutes. He gave a professional breakdown of the problem, options and cost. We ended up deciding to replace our AC unit. Dan and the rest of the install crew (sorry did not get their names) were polite, professional and worked very well as a team, finishing the job well ahead of schedule. I will continue to recommend Highland and Company to anyone in need of HVAC services.

Highland came to my house and repaired my water heater. It was quick, and the price was very reasonable. The diagnosis was quick and complete. They found external factors complications the issue as well, and corrected them. Best service experience I've ever had.

Had an issue with our AC condenser. Mike was able to quickly diagnose the problem and correct it. His knowledge and customer service was impeccable. He also took the time to clean the unit and explain proper care techniques. Pricing is competitive and better than other local providers. He didn't try to sell us anything we didn't need. Highland receives my recommendation.

We have had a number of companies give us an estimate on a new furnace and air conditioner. When we contacted the office of Highland Home Heating & Air, they quickly set a date for a representative to come out and give us an estimate. The representative arrived on time and sent us an estimate the next day just as they said they would. We selected Highland to install or equipment as we were very pleased with their professionalism and their overall price.

We requested a date to have the work completed and they honored it. The guys were very polite and professional. They explained how our new furnace, air conditioner, humidifier, air cleaner and thermostat operated. After the job was completed they followed up with a phonecall to make sure we were happy with the work. They also sent a thank you card which is rare these days. My husband and I would highly recommend Highland for their professionalism and quality of service.
