I hired Herrmann Services for my AC replacement and they were extremely professional, transparent, and easy to reach. As a first time homeowner, they made the process of getting quotes and understanding my options painless. The office answered my (multiple) phone calls and the technicians were professional and timely. Highly recommend and will be using their other services in the future!

Joey, Ryan and Bryan were awesome in fixing our drainage problem! They listened to what we had already figured out and already had done. Then they went right to work to fix the problem. We had an A/C unit acting up. Made an appointment for next day. Person who scheduled the appointment was very pleasant and attentive. I even had a call offering an earlier appointment a few hours after scheduling. Errol was the technician that arrived on time and ready to fix the issue. Errol have me a quote and some options for not only the repair, but a couple options for a service plan to cover inspections and cleaning for the year. Zero pressure to buy anything.

We had an issue with water not heating to desired temp. Kevin the technician reset the unit and recommended possible coil change out. Weeks later ended up needing a coil change. They helped save lots of money. Will recommend!

Joey and Ryan came out an installed a new faucet and shut off valves. These guys were personable, explained the repair, they were very thorough, and they really know their plumbing. Bryan and crew have been there every time we have needed them. They are always professional, courteous and clean. Having a sewer back up is never convenient but by having our line jetted on a regular basis to combat roots helps us have peace of mind in our older house. Great value, great work and very knowledgeable staff. I have also used them for commercial jobs for work. I highly recommend for any job big or small.

Herrmann Services unclogged the main drain in my basement; ran a camera through the drain; found a cracked pipe; took pictures and a video and sent them to MSD. We have allot of plumbing issues, and after being ripped off by numerous companies we came upon Herrmann services.first off Customer service was amazing and they came out the very next morning. Joey is a personal friend of mine and he recommended hydro jetting sewer drain when I had a drain stoppage. We had a leak coming from our very old water heater and knew it was time to replace it. We called Hermann plumbing and they were able to have their technicians out the next day! Our technicians were Joey and Ryan, and they were friendly, professional and knowledgeable. They replaced our water heater and repaired some piping and shut off valves. They really went above and beyond with their work. We are very happy with the entire experience and will definitely request for Joey and Ryan for any future plumbing needs.

Repaired water regulator The general work was fine but he kept adding on items like wanting to charge 200 dollars to pipe around the water softener. I said i know. You only have to turn to valves to bypass the water softener. That is not needed. Then at end off the job he refused to turn off the basement lights until i called my son to the room. He then told my son.i was just getting those lights for your mom. I shouldnt have to have my son by me to get treated right! Felt like i was dealing with a used car salesman.
