We called around to multiple places to get our water heater replaced. They were around $200 cheaper than everyone else and we were able to get on their schedule for Monday right away (called Friday afternoon). Very pleasant to work with! We also asked them if they could remove our water softener for us (which was also broken) and they also took care of that for us for a little more $. Thank you, Hander Plumbing and Heating!

After calling several other companies to quote a garage heater and humidifier for the heater and waiting for replies, Hander responded immediately, was lower than two other top rated companies, and was able to install within days. Installers were prompt, courteous, fast, responsible, and cleaned up like they were never here. Will always call Hander first.

We had an issue a few months back and a young man named Jacob who just moved to SD from out east came to the rescue on a weekend. When we discovered water dripping from our ceiling this morning, Hander was the only company who said they could make it within a couple of hours. And guess who came to the rescue again?! Jacob! What a pleasant, professional, knowledgeable, and extra helpful plumber. Hander knows how to hire! I hope they read this and give that young man some praise (and a raise).

Plumber Jake was extremely helpful and professional. He replaced my old faucet and also the shut off valves. He noticed one additional potentially future costly repair, my very old main valve, suggested an additional redundant shutoff valve, which I had him install. Very good job! Will use again! I had Jacob come to my home and help with my shower faucet/leak, he was super professional, kind and personable! He educated me on the issue and really took the time to make sure it was done the right way!
