Our a/c unit stopped working recently in the the 90 degree temps. H&H were able to come out quickly and it was determined a new central air unit was needed. They were able to replace it within 48 hours. the price was fair and their service team were fantastic. Friendly, professional and through. I highly recommend H&H to all my friends and family.

Hunter is highly skilled, friendly, polite, and neat. He did a great job dealing the A/C and the heater.

For years we have used H&H. We have been happy with their services. We have used them for our air, furnace and today water heater. I called Saturday night about an issue. They saved me money by coming out Monday instead. I appreciated this. Rob looked it over and had our issue resolved in 30 minutes and said we did not need to have the water heater replaced just yet. We have never had anything but positive experiences with H&H over the years.

Fantastic company to work with. They made the process of installing a new furnace and central A/C very easy. The technicians are very friendly, prompt and they sure know what they are doing. The owner followed up with us to see if we had any questions. The prices are very reasonable too. Will highly recommend this company to anyone. It was so nice to do business with a company that really cares about the customer.

I looked up the part Kelley said ace didn't carry and found the exact part at Ace hardware online. They are back ordered not discontinued. We will ship Kelly the part once we receive it, and as always I highly recommend H&H!

I received service from H&H plumbing from a sump pump that was squirting water from the line out into my yard. They came and fixed it and for a 1/2 day of work charged $1,000. I was shocked but they did the work so i paid. This spring the emitter cap washed off and was lost. I went to replace it and found out they used a very non standard size. i called Brett at H&H and he directed me to Ace Hardware where they supposedly bought the original parts.

Long story short Ace says they don't carry it. After this I reached back out to Brett asking if H&H could come fix it with different parts for free since the initial fix had been expensive and non standard parts. Brett went into total meltdown all but screaming that it's not their problem. I calmly told him his customer service was horrible and he promptly said too bad I'm the owner.

I knew he was not but then he corrected himself saying "I soon will be but right now I'm the general manager". I kept my composure but Brett did not. If this is who represents H&H plumbing then I will always be telling potential customers to beware.

My elderly parents heat quit during this cold snap and their "regular" heating company was not returning their calls. One call to H&H a service person was out within a few hours. Everyone at H&H was helpful, polite and very knowledgeable. Had my parents warm n toasty within hours. My Dad was VERY impressed and he is pretty particular! You can add us to your customer list from now on. Thank you H&H!

Have used H&H for several years at my seasonal camp. They have been very good and responsive. Just had them out to correct plumbing issues created by a home improvement company hired to do some remodeling. All good now

These guys came out and had us up and running with a new furnace very quickly. Very polite and knowledgeable guys. Beautiful craftsmanship and not a trace of them ever being there except for the new equipment!

We had them repair a air-conditioning that others said was dead. They warned me it might not last, but we got a year out of it. The next year it failed, they told us it needed to be replaced. They were honest with everything, great company to deal with.

Charge a "trip fee" when I live about 10miles away! The owners wife is a complete rude person and you can tell this company is all about the MONEY! Never again will I hire them! Terrible customer service and they don't care about the customer. Nothing like having them call you and leave you nasty messages too! Pretty classy! Don't waste your time or money! Not worth it!

Hunter came out promptly to give us a quote, he took the time to answer questions and gave me a couple options for my furnace replacement. I did get quotes from 6 other companies some were higher some were lower. But I couldn't pass up the 10 year parts and 10 year labor warranty. Hunter came and installed our furnace and did a fantastic job. I highly recommend this company.

Called an got pricing over the phone however when we got there the price DOUBLED! Very disappointed

We had them come and do a backflow test. After he left we had no hot water, first time in years. Called them back and was told they would charge us to come back out! We got some one else to fix it.
