We bought our unit a few years ago and have had a great experience with Gary's and all the employees. They are courteous and prompt and know what they are doing. Highly recommend. Michael was extremely knowledgeable and gave explanations about what he was doing in terminology and examples I could understand and relate to. He was prompt, courteous and able to replace the capacitors (made in America) during the same trip. Thanks to Michael, Gary's Heating and Air Conditioning have my trust and I will use for services in the future.

Michael was very prompt for the appointment time and communicated the status of my heating & A/C system to great satisfaction after performing a complete check-up & routine maintenance on the system. He was nice, kind, personable, and knowledgeable, as are all of Gary's employees. Very friendly and professional company. Colt was on time for our agreed upon service appointment. He quickly diagnosed my units problem. Carrier warranted two defective parts. One was back-ordered but Colt made sure to make temporary repairs to keep our home cool. The back-ordered part arrived this week and Colt just installed it and we could not be happier with Gary's. Friendly, prompt. communicative and do what they say, when they say.

We received a timely call back from on duty Serviceman "Gabe". He set an afternoon expectation of arrival. Small issue was resolved quickly and with a friendly smile. Gary's is one Top Notch company.

Great service and great tech! Service fee was the lowest of anybody. They came quickly and we thankfully got a quick fix on one of the hottest days of the year. The only reason I didn't rate a 5 is because I was told when I set up the appointment that they would review with me any possible solutions before diving in and fixing it. Instead they just fixed it.
I've seen this mentioned by other posters, so this isn't a tech issue. It's a issue in house that management needs to sort out, but otherwise, they were great and I'll reach out to them next time we need somebody!

The team that worked at my home was very professional! They used drop rugs and kept the area clean. Very respectful with their language and stayed busy till finished.
