Gartman Mechanical Services is a mechanical contractor that is experienced with completing the services needed by our customers in areas of process manufacturing, HVAC services, refrigeration, and plumbing. The staff of GMS, Inc. in composed of employees that include a licensed professional engineer, sheet metal journeymen, pipefitting journeymen, service technicians, refrigeration specialists, and state certified plumbers. The GMS service department is qualified to perform maintenance and complete repairs on high pressure boiler systems, chillers, make up air systems, and much more.

My furnace blower motor went out and they were able to repair it within 2 hours. I had someone on site within 20 minutes of my call. Very professional. Will hire them again.

We have used GMS for service over the years and have been very happy with their service. They just finished installing a new A/C unit and we could not be more pleased. The workmanship from Chad and Brian is awesome. They came in did the work in a very professional manner and the finished project quickly. Wish I had before pictures. Great job guys, much appreciated.

Lowest price I found around ripon and searched 50miles + friendly, hardworking, honest, and provide Trane products top rated hvac systems. Owner came out personally to give the quote. So glad I went with GMS

My furnace went out a couple weeks ago, just before a serious cold snap, and they came out on a Monday and by Wednesday afternoon I had a new furnace up and running. They would have been there on Tuesday, but they already had another emergency furnace replacement booked.

I have used Gartman several times and they have always sent courteous and helpful service professionals, so when my water heater was leaking, they were the first ones I called. A technician came within the day to look at my water heater while I was working from home. The next thing I knew, another technician was at my house with a big box. They then installed a new water heater without ever even informing me that I would need a new one.

Not only that, but the water heater they installed appears bigger than my old one, which I certainly did not ask for. The bill came to $1690 (and was not itemized), which, according to my research, is way more than it should have cost. We will not be using Gartman again and may take my complaint to the BBB.

My 89 year old grandmother had them out to turn off her new heat. The tech turned it off in all the rooms except one bathroom. They charged her $100+ the first time, no problem. The inexcusable thing is charging her another $100+ to come out and finish turning off all the heat. She called to dispute being charged twice for their error and they reduced the second bill to ~$90. Don't trust this company!
